DON’T book a room there online! Horrible experience with this hotel on 14th of August 2022. After booking a room online and entering the card data on a reservation platform, when we arrived at the reception, the lady there told us that there was no reservation in our name. After I showed her the confirmation email, she said that no one is ever checking the platform on which I made the reservation with a very careless attitude. The suggested solution was to look elsewhere as the hotel was already full. My card data thus remaining registered in their system and having to look for another place to stay at 6 PM. Thank you so much, Caprioara Hotel.

5 star services, great atmosphere, wonderful people. Thanks to Mrs. Todoran Kingo and her wonderful team of ladies. And the special award goes to Viorel (aka Bobby) who made us awesome evenings: a formed voice, an experienced man with a rich repertoire. One man show... Congrats for everything!

Only quality: cleanliness! Mediocre restaurant, services...waiters...products...without qualifications! Plus little courtesy, no professionalism! Too bad!!! It's only healthy to apologize for everything..., it's always someone else's fault or say something else... Never again!

Hotel located in the center of Covasna resort, near shops, restaurants and mineral springs. Chic hotel with an excellent spa and excellent food. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished with 4-star facilities. The only negative point is the wi-fi with very low coverage in the room. I will come back with pleasure.
