Nice place cleaning good staff has service mind Next time i be back

I love Coast hotels, however this one has smaller rooms than most. The minibar could barely open because of the bed, so that was a bit of a shocker for us. So was the loud air conditioner, an old style one. However , once we figured out, that you can run just the fan setting during the night, which is pretty quiet, we had good sleep. The hotel has the usual Coast amenities, the toiletries being very pleasant smelling, the place is eco-conscious, there is a rain shower in the bathroom and the bed is very comfortable. The place is spotless and the staff is very friendly. The location is also good, being very close to good restaurants, cafes and breweries, but not everything is walkable. The Plates Cafe next to it was busy with line-ups on the weekend, however you can order take-out and eat in your room if you want. The hotel also has 65" tvs in the rooms, where you can watch your own Netflix subscription. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean All staff friendly and welcoming . Had a king room The housekeeping had our room cleaned every day all so friendly Thank you all for the great stay . Hope next time the pool will be open. Was so impressed with all staff .👍👍

The staff here is unbelievably friendly. The hotel was clean and simple (just what we were looking for). We were only in town for one night and were looking for something affordable but juice. This definitely fit that description. I'd stay again without any hesitation.

This is a lovely facility. It looks like a motel, but has a number of upscale features. It is newly renovated, very clean, and in good shape — the parking lot is spacious and well cared for, the lobby has 24/7 great coffee and tea, and there is an EV charger available. I was in a room with an engineered hardwood floor and a king bed. The shower is well designed with a decent door and lots of hot water; an add-on shower wand is a valued addition. There are a number of unique design features in this unit that would be normally found in an upscale facility. It is a welcome surprise. There are many useful amenities in the mall immediately next door, with a Starbucks, BP, Thrifty’s, Canadian Tire, and Cob’s bread, and a A&W down the street. This is well managed, and a welcome destination after a busy day.

Clean and quiet in the room. Room small but adequate as we were exploring the Comox Valley. Excellent service and hospitality, nothing too much trouble. We have 2 small dogs that loved the grassy area which was clean from other dogs, a bonus. No breakfast but many choices close plus Driftwood Mall. EV charging too.
