The rooms were just okay. Barebones. I had no idea about the smart card shenanigans that other reviewers mentioned so that’s another dings on it. We asked when we checked in if there was gluten free breakfast. They assured there was. The next morning, we ask again to confirm. The attendant said the sausage was. Ignoring the potatoes (maybe they had flour). But they said they would bring out some gluten free bread. I picked up a piece and could tell just by holding it that it was not gluten free. They did not label it at all. I hope they didn’t label it as gluten free as that could really hurt someone if they were celiac The rest of the food was absolutely terrible according to another guest that ate it. He said it was without a doubt, the worst food he had eaten in his life. I’m glad I didn’t have to try it to confirm. I skipped breakfast and felt much better for it Avoid this places at all costs. Corporate, scammy feel and no regard for customers health

After a long drive around the island, we're glad we have stayed in here as we have the most comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was so clean and we love its interior. Thanks to Rohit who assisted us during our checked-in and the rests of the friendly staffs who assisted us. Special thanks to Maina for a smooth checked out and giving us additional information about the area.

We had a nasty experience here. As another reviewer said, the use of guest-tracking smart key-cards is required everywhere, not only to open the door of your room. Also as that review noted, the multiple uses of the smart-card was not explained at check-in. The hotel management seems not to read reviews. The smart-card also must be used every time you need to access the elevator and it must be placed in a holder in your room to keep the lights on. The hotel apparently has embraced the high-tech no-staff approach in true corporate fashion. Rooms look like they could be cleaned with a fire-hose. All hard surfaces and sharp corners. Cold and uninviting. I hope I never need to stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights on a drive towards the north of the island. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious and good bathrooms as well. Looks like newly opened or refurbished. The hotel is around 3 kms from the main streets but has a few shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast was very decent for a Holiday inn express with sufficient options. Staff was very polite and friendly, and checkin was a breeze. If you are staying longer , please remember to ask them to clean the room. It will not be cleaned unless requested. They have a free EV charging station at the hotel as well.

New and run well! Solid breakfast, rooms are very nice, centrally located to enjoy all you want in the area, across the street from the ******, highly recommend! Stayed in a king room on upper floor, place was busy for the weekend, staff was professional and accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience! Amar was attentive and his customer service was excellent. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had extra pizza left over from our team meal and they were gracious enough to leave all the pizzas in their staff fridge overnight. We will be back!
