This hotel stay was the highlight of our three-week trip to the Italian Alps, and we stayed at some great places! The staff always had time to give us advice on where to hike and bike to, and the bikes they provided (free of charge) were full suspension and well-maintained mountain bikes. Our room faced the river, and with the doors to the balcony open all night, we were treated to a familiar sound (we live on a large creek) as we slept. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The family who owns the hotel made us feel welcome and at home, and were always available for a conversation. After a long hike or ride, the spa was wonderful, the outdoor tub and Turkish bath were something to look forward to. And the breakfast...so delicious and so much to choose from. Dinners on the deck listening to the river were fun and of highest quality. The bar was well-stocked and the bartender was charming, and generous with a snack plate that we looked forward to as we were finishing a strenuous day. But I'll say again, the family made us feel like we were very welcome, such beautiful people! Next year we will return to Courmayeur and stay longer than the five days we stayed at the Chalet Svitzzero this time. It's a rare find.

Rubinetti del bagno che dondolano , infissi non adeguati ad insonorizzare il rumore della strada principale, frigo bar completamente vuoto, mi dispiace ma questo non è un hotel a 4 stelle.. forse nemmeno un 3. Per quello che ho speso per due notti, 700 euro, mi aspettano un'altra struttura e un altro tipo di accoglienza. Le foto mostrano una struttura non all'altezza delle aspettative.

Everything you want in an Italian chalet in the alps. Food—incredible, walk ability— 10/10, views— inspiring. Regarding previous reviews; the service was kind and attentive even when there was a language barrier. We had a wonderful experience and didn’t have any issues with service. The restaurant was incredible and the continental breakfast was wonderful as well. Grazie to the Svizzero staff, we appreciate your patience and grace for two American tourists.

Abbiamo passato 2 notti insonni causa il rumore delle macchine perché la camera era su strada , purtroppo non avremo un buon ricordo . La tv in camera prima sera senza segnale e dopo intervento tentato dal proprietario che comunque ringrazio, non ha funzionato . Infine , l’attesa interminabile per il check out non ha concluso questo soggiorno con un’esperienza da ricordare . Ringrazio però i proprietari per la loro disponibilità e sono certa che rivedendo alcuni dettagli possano migliorare la qualità dell’hotel .

Stiamo trascorrendo un breve periodo di vacanza in questa splendida struttura. Cosa dire： 1）Proprietari e staff di una gentilezza e cordialita`unici 2）Camere family 305 e suite 306 molto belle, pulite e perfettamente accessoriate 3）Colazione ottima ed abbondante, vi consiglio di gustarvela sulla terrazza con l`aria frizzantina del mattino che vi stimola l`appetito ed il rumore del torrente sottostante che vi culla. 4）Navetta a/r gratuita per Skyway 5）Vasca idromassaggio riscaldata all`aperto per rilassarvi dopo una giornata di escursioni 6）A due passi dal centro pedonale 7）Ottimo il ristorante in cui la prima sera abbiamo gustato degli ottimi piatti locali, deliziati dalla compagnia dei camerieri che sono simpaticissimi e molto gentili 8）Bar in cui godersi un buon aperitivo prima di cena. 9）Parcheggio per gli ospiti Cosa dire, una vacanza da ricordare e da raccontare. Consigliatissimo！

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura sia in estate (agosto 2023) che per il ponte dell’ Immacolata, esperienza semplicemente fantastica. La struttura è deliziosa, non c’è un dettaglio fuori posto e si viene accolti subito in un’atmosfera avvolgente e calda. Le stanze sono molto pulite, confortevoli e spaziose (ho soggiornato nella tripla superior con soppalco). Durante il soggiorno estivo ho portato con me il mio Jack Russel, la struttura accetta i cani e ti permette di portarli con sé anche durante la colazione. La cucina è eccellente, così come il servizio al bar che sia per un pranzo veloce o gustarsi un aperitivo con gli amici, ottima cantina! Per finire la spa davvero magnifica sia in versione invernale che in versione estiva, provata la jacuzzi in entrambe le stagioni, non saprei quale definire la migliore! Altra nota di merito il posto auto (volendo si può arrivare e non utilizzare più l’auto visto che si raggiunge il centro in 5 minuti a piedi) e il servizio navetta che porta agli impianti di risalita e al centro sportivo. Dimenticavo, il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile!

Ho trascorso in questo hotel una settimana (22 dicembre-29 dicembre) con la mia famiglia. Siamo stati divinamente. Personale gentilissimo, pulizia camere perfetta, servizi ottimali e cibo ottimo. Ho provato anche un massaggio relax… quello purtroppo nulla di che, per il prezzo secondo me non vale la pena. Voglio fare i miei più sinceri complimenti a tutto lo staff della sala da pranzo-colazione-cena, dei ragazzi meravigliosi! Giovani, pieni di voglia di fare ed educatissimi. Elena sei magnifica, in bocca al lupo per tutto.

Ci siamo trovati non bene ma di più , la prima cosa che si nota è l'attenzione nell'igiene e pulizia , tutto pulito tutto disinfettato che è la primissima cosa che si nota quando si entra in un posto , buon cibo non manca e personale di una cordialità e gentilezza infinita .
