The room was cramped, and the location was inconvenient with no direct bus access and limited food options nearby. The hotel was hard to find, with many stairs to navigate. Making it less than ideal for an easy stay. When I raised concerns about the air conditioning and room size, the staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with great amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and public transport. Highly recommended!

Poorly insulated room, Quite small bathroom, very nice view of the Eiffel Tower, Reception open 24/7 so great, like shops nearby but not many restaurants to eat
