Had a lovely relaxing two night stay at the Shandon. Our room had a great view of Marble Hill Strand... a must see first thing in the morning! Check-in quick and painless. Rooms clean tidy breakfast good with all dietary needs. The staff at Shandon friendly and helpful.. looking forward to our next stay!

WE ARE JUST HOME FROM A FANTASTIC 2 NIGHT BREAK. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME SYAYING AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. WE COULDNT FAULT ONE THING. THE STAFF IN EVERY PART OF THE HOTEL WERE ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS SPOTLESS WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS. BREAKFAST VERY GOOD AND WE HAD A 3 COURSE MEAL IN BEATS BAR WHICH WAS DELICIOUS. AS FOR THE SPA - WOW AMAZING. I SPENT OVER 3 HOURS THERE. I HAD THE MOST RELAXING TREATMENT BY NICOLLE WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE IT FABULOUS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE REQUESTING HER WHEN I GO BACK. SO GLAD WE FOUND THIS PLACE.

Just spent a wonderful weekend at the Shandon. As always this hidden gem never fails to deliver an atmosphere of relaxation from the moment you arrive until you depart. Staff are very friendly and nothing is any bother. With delicious food in Beats bar and the excellent Breakfast in the main dining room what more do you need. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on this visit. We had a ‘dander’ on the beach before returning to chill in the hotel in the afternoon. Our favourite is the spa thermal suite and the Canadian hot tub looking over the stunning views. The leisure centre facilities are fabulous if you have time to fit everything in during a weekend visit. Can’t wait to return.

Water very slow took 45 minutes to run a bath water left in kettle water noise coming from the toilet all night menu just ok who wants coconut in there soup burgers far to big

Amazing Spa experience, one of the best Spa experience in the country. Shout out to Noelle in the Spa, she was super professional and I'll personally seek out Noelle when I return. The thermal area is fabulous, this time I went mid week, it was a much nicer experience than on a weekend which is crazy and not relaxing. Some areas to improve on in the spa: 1. What happened the heated seats in the Thermal area? 2. A decent hairdryer is needed in the changing rooms, every other spa in the country have a decent hairdryer. The insurance excuse is weak... 3. Better quality shampoo in the showers.

Another wonderful stay at the Shandon. This time only my husband and I. We stayed in one of the junior suites. It was beautiful. We were left lovely sweet treats and a card as it was our anniversary. Such a lovely thought. We are in Beats bar, food was scrumptious! Can’t wait to stay again.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Our second time here. Very relaxing from you enter. The girls on reception so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a n amazing view of the sea and very clean and comfortable. We chose to use the thermal spa which is a must if you are going Amazing is the best way to describe it. Food and service excellent.

Stayed here for our 4th time and each time we leave we always feel so well rested and can't wait for our return. As usual the most important aspect of our stay is the staff ....from all departments they are so professional and extremely friendly and they help to make your stay so good . Food as always is so good and breakfast is as good as you will find anywhere. Thermal spa was excellent again and well worth the price . The shandon is so well managed and this makes all the difference so well done to all the hard working staff .
