A little underwhelmed
On the plus side, food in the bar was good, tasty and well presented. The room was comfortable and clean.
However, service was somewhat hit and miss. Some of the staff were rather abrupt and unfriendly. I feel that the place could be better organised, and could probably do with a decor update too. Not sure if I would call it a 4 star experience, even though we paid a 4 star price!

Hot Days
Enjoyed our stay except for the room on the 4th floor. It was like a sauna due to the high daily temperature and the proximity to the roof. Could do with some fans at night if the temperatures are mid 20's.
Otherwise eveything else was great.

Jackson’s hotel St Patrick’s night
We had a lovely time here the kids enjoyed the pool and the food was fantastic 200 euro for six for dinner the only thing was the room I was in was very hot and we couldn’t cool it down but it was only for one night but overall an excellent experience

One night stop only
A bit tricky to find as turn off from main road very tricky
Staff lovely and food filled a gap though was not up to standard....spaghetti with chunky vegetables....should have diced em then it would have gone down a treat.
