Our third stay here. This time room smelled musty/moldy. Bed bugs, mites, fleas something was there, because we all got bit multiple times and are itching like crazy. Kid at front desk said, “No refunds. We don’t have problems. Maybe a guest brought them in.” I don’t care who brought them in, we’re all bit up. The room smelled horribly musty/moldy upon arrival each day, like they turned the air off while we were gone? He said to call on Monday to talk to manager… why can’t he call a manager to walk him through a refund?!?! Update: Manager was unapologetic and says no refund unless they find proof in the room (which was prob fixed in the interim). He wants email with a complaint in writing. Seems sketchy. Surprised the manager is treating repeat customers this way. They don’t deserve the Hilton name. Will update post if anything good happens… unlikely.

We stayed her overnight and it was fantastic. Walking into the hotel is a clean fresh smell. Check in was fast and friendly. I need assistance with printing my cruise tags and the front desk printed them out for me. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the body wash and lotions are high quality. Breakfast was a hit and we had a great stay.
