Both bedrooms, one a double the other a twin have been recently refurbished with quality furnishings.The master has a kingsized bed, paintings by local artists, stunning views across the estuary at sunrise, flat screen tv and separate sky box from living room.Downstairs there is separate living and dining rooms.The living room has a wood burner, sky tv and sound system.The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and breakfast bar.The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with an over bath electric shower and screen.Downstairs there is an outside toilet set in a small courtyard.
