The property is bordering the nationally acclaimed Rachael Carson Wildlife Sanctuary. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a 30" freestanding electric range, large bathroom with tub and shower, very large bedroom with two full-size beds. An enclosed seasonal porch that opens up into the sitting room which can be closed off for more privacy or left open to offer more space. Three smart televisions, and WI-FI access. AC/heat in all of the rooms. Outside a private gas grill, picnic table, and chairs are available for you to enjoy. Our resort offers you a large, heated pool and spa. There are two children's play areas. There is also a basketball court, bocce court, and horseshoes for your enjoyment. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the cottage. A laundry matt and a library are located on the property. No blankets, bedspreads, comforters, or throw pillows are included. Guest must provide all their own linens, towels, and bedding including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and washcloths. Parking for two cars. Polly’s Place is one of 2 houses that share a 5 acre private property located back off the road with a mixture of trees and lawn. This cottage was built by our Aunt Polly and Uncle Hans. We lived in it for years while building our forever home in the back of the property. It’s quiet here with a peacefulness you feel being close to nature. Polly’s Place features a full size kitchen and dining room, a large comfortable living room, two bedrooms, a large bathroom, office area, and laundry area. All bedrooms have blackout shades. The night sky is pitch black perfect for stargazing. Enjoy the large yard area and gas grill. There’s no need to pack sheets and towels since all linens are provided. The Beach Dreams community offers many resort amenities as well as central proximity to the best beaches, restaurants, bars & shopping in Southern Maine including Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York & Kittery. We are under 1 mile from Moody beach or downtown Ogunquit as well. If you are interested in a day trip we are also a short 1/2 hour drive north to Portland or south to Portsmouth!The cottage offers a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a full bed. In the living room there is a full sleeper sofa.
