The smell of the room was disgusting. Was supposed to be a non-smokers room but cigarette smoke was very strong. The a/c fan never shut off and it was very damp and musty in the room. The outlet by the bathroom sink was just a standard outlet, it wasn't a gfci plug and also no outlet cover was too be found. Over all, don't stay here.

The hotel was a bit ordinary to say the least but at least the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean and the bed was ok, it had a microwave and fridge. but no coffee maker. It did have coffee on offer providing you were ok with powered products. Whilst I was there, they had a fire caused by an electrical fault and the hotel was evacuated and people were not allowed re-entry for several hours. the occupants of one complete floor were relocated to another hotel, no offer of transportation for people without a vehicle. Additionally, whether or not the fire was the hotels fault no compensation offered for the inconvenience of the event.

I rarely give a property 1 star, but this one was bad. Both the room and the common areas seem worn out. The room was not very clean. There was not a coffee maker. The hair dryer was missing, but there was still the little hanger for it on the wall. There seemed to be some illicit behavior, as people kept coming and going and meeting others at the edge of the parking lot. I will say that the location is nice. The morning clerk was also very polite, but there was not a "full breakfast" as the website advertised. The room rate was low, but you get what you pay for and here we did not get much. There are many options in the area, so I can't imagine staying here again.

As I checked in, 2 large dogs came through the lobby, unattended. They proceeded to take turns urinating all over the mat in front of the door, then splashing and licking it up. The lady at the desk didn't bat an eye. Owner came a whole 5 minutes later to wrangle them up, all the meanwhile they're parading around the lobby with their piss covered paws. Never seen anything like it in my life.

Requested handy cap room toilet was not usable because support bar on right side was too close to toilet shower was slippery used the pilot truck stop for shower and restroom

Decent value, no frills option
Hotel is basic, no frills, which is fine but the rooms could be cleaner and brighter. The carpet was dark but coupled that with a small ceiling light it felt quite dark. There's no lift, which was fine for us, but elderly people or someone with heavy luggage would struggle. Breakfast was available, but just toast, butter, cheese and yoghurt, no meat. The 2-slice toaster definitely need to upgraded. Staff was friendly, so no complaints there. One thing I really liked was that coffee was available any time of the day or night - and it was really good coffee, not mild coffee-flavoured hot water 😊 Overall, it was fine for the price we paid.
