Very nice room and very quiet considering the ****** was next door. We will stay again on our next trip to Omaha. The location was great and close enough to the zoo and the Old Market area. We were also pleased with all the great restaurant choices near by.

The area around the hotel was beautiful and offered a variety of things to do. The pillows were very fluffy, I prefer mine a bit more stuff but overall a great hotel. Pool & breakfast were both amazing.this hotel is connected to a ****** hotel that offers a few different restaurants as well.

Room was nice, spacious. View nice. The issue is they don't fulfill their "Hospitality Promise" policy. I asked for a shower cap and was told, they don't stock those. OK...the issue was I needed one since their shower on/off handle is placed in such a way as you cannot turn it on without getting soaked...ergo the need for a shower cap. It's a very weird placement and doesn't make practical sense but nice look design wise. Bottom line, shower was useless to me....

Mixed feelings. First of all we did not get the room that we booked. No one even apologize. Kids must sleep on a floor because sofa bed too close to other furniture and it will no open. Breakfast vas very good. Beautiful welcoming lobby area. 3 starts out of 5

Hotel staff was friendly, hotel and rooms were clean. Rooms are small and the walls are very thin, our neighbors were extremely noisy, we could hear everything they said, but they did quiet down by the time we went to bed. The pool was a little too cold. Breakfast was great with several options. I would definitely stay here again but not sure if I would bring my kids next time due to the noise and the small rooms.

Toilet wasnt clean and stains on the floor. I dont know if the cleaning staff was over worked but they missed the toilet seat. I had to buy some cleaner myself before i used the toilet! I gave it 2 stars because they let me check in an hour early and the access to the ****** was a nice surprise.
