This hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient

I never leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to do so with this property. I booked a reservation for the College World Series back in July 2024 (11 months in advance) and got a great rate using my corporate discount. Just three days before I was supposed to leave, the hotel told me they would no longer honor the rate I booked "due to a special event in the area". They bumped me to a new rate based on current demand of over $1,000 more for the 3 night stay. I tried to reach out to the property but they would not talk to me on the phone, and the GM (Shannon) refused to work with me towards a more appropriate solution over email. She even tried to say the corporate rate wasn't valid for personal travel, even though it's clearly permissible in our company policy. If there was a mistake in their system, they had almost year to let me know. At the very least they could have offered me some sort of compromise, since they waited to notify me until there were no longer any reasonable accommodation options available. I have been going with my dad to the College World Series since 1997 and in nearly 30 years of our Father / Son tradition in Omaha have only encountered the nicest people who are salt of the earth. There are plenty of places we've stayed run by people who are honest and helpful, but unfortunately that is not the case here. Be forewarned who you are dealing with and if you score a deal that seems to be good to be true it likely is.

Stay was convenient and quiet. Room had good essentials. As well as being located in a great area.

I always stay at Marriott hotels amd rarely find one I don't care for, and while this one is decent, it's not up to Marriott standards. Shower was luke warm at best. Furniture is worn and needs to be replaced. But, clean bed and room likening always find at Marriotts.

Ok stay The hotel was in a good location, easy to stop for a larger road trip or if in the area for an event. Clean large rooms and comfortable, my only issue was that someone’s car alarm went off on the hour all night long and it was parked right up front by all the rooms. While this isn’t something the hotel could have fixed I would suggest they take down vehicle info at check in to be able to follow up on these issues. MANY people did not get sleep making it a rough morning and they could have found the owners and asked them to move the vehicle away from the building.
