Niché au bord de l'Aude à Couiza, village situé entre Quillan et Limoux sur la D118, magnifique Château du 16-ème siècle, construit autour d'un premier édifice du 13-ème. Le personnel est sympathique, courtois et attentif. Un escalier à vis en pierre conduit aux chambres spacieuses et imprégnées d'Histoire. Le restaurant propose une cuisine raffinée, bref, une belle découverte au cœur de ce village de l'Aude.

Cadre magnifique mais nous sommes déçus par le restaurant nourriture bonne mais prix trop élevé pour ce que l’on mange Petit déjeuner cher pour une qualité des produits très moyenne heureusement l’architecture du château mérite le détour

Chambre très agréable , calme et d'époque avec une très bonne literie, magnifique château , des promenade sont a faire au alentour du domaine, comme la visite de la cité de Carcassonne comme reine le château qui est un village magnifique le personnel d'accueil ainsi que les serveurs des repas du soir sont très gentil et tres professionnel Nous reviendrons

Unser Aufenthalt im Chateau des Ducs de Joyeuse war einfach wundervoll. Das historische Gebäude, die Zimmer im gleichen Stil, und vor allem das Restaurant was eines Michelin Sterns würdig ist und wo wir ein traumhaftes Abendessen genossen haben. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und professionell, total ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das nächste Mal mit mehr Zeit um auch die Umgebung zu erkunden.

En choisissant ce séjour, il faut aimer l’ancien ! Moi ,j’aime bien ,mais mon compagnon n’a pas apprécié le style d’époque ! Merci beaucoup , pour l’accueil, aussi bien à la réception,qu’au restaurant et au petit déjeuner ! Dommage que mes coffrets Teritoria (anciennement les collectionneurs )m’est été refusés.

L'accueil est très sympathique, le château est bien restauré, les chambres sont agréables avec une literie parfaite pour se reposer, le parc et la piscine chauffée sont un plus indéniable, personnel attentionné. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer.
