Tolle Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze. Unser Zimmer war schmuddelig und schimmelig, sowohl das Bad, als auch das Zimmer. Dort blätterte die Wandvertäfelung ab, Risse in den Wänden. Es wirkte abgenutzt und dated. Personal freundlich, aber unmotiviert Abholfe zu schaffen.

Garda stay
This hotel appears to be situated up on the hill overlooking City Garda and south side of the lake. We had a room with swim up swimming pool which appeared to be with the smallest angle access to the swimming pool and bad exposure to the direct sunshine. Room is spacious with large bathroom and all amenities. Breakfast is typical “collazione” but waiters at Brekafast were totally unfriendly and at 10:00 just shutting the door with no warning if someone would still take something. Overall, I think not great option under category value for money!

Kanon utsikt! Mindre trevlig receptionist
När vi kom så sa de att man inte kunde boka rum med barn. Lätt som vi inte var välkomna. Efter mycket diskuterande fick vi stanna. Tråkig start. Rummet i sig var rymligt. Men hotellet är slitet. De har renoverat 2021. Men det syns inte. Fogarna i poolen är svarta. Korridorerna har färgen flagnat.
Kanon fin utsikt från rummet. Restaurangen ligger kanon. Trevlig bemötande från dem. Speciallare kan dock bli dyrt 😉
Golfbanan ser kul ut.
Vi kände i och med bemötamdet från start att vi nästan fick gömma oss på boendet.
Lyhört på rummen.
Häftigt med infinity pool mot Garda.
Den gemensamma poolen såg mindre inbjudande ut.
Ligger högt upp på berget. Man går inte ner till samhället.

Dejligt mindre hotel, hvor man føler sig meget velkommen. Værelserne er gode. Udsigten fantastisk og der er ikke langt mellem værelse, pool, golfbanen og restaurant

Sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse. Restaurant: guter Service, freundliche Bedienung, Essen lecker. Zu empfehlen bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse. Die One-Man Musikdarbietung war super! Frühstück reichhaltig, verschiedene Früchte, feines Fleisch und Käse, auch glutenfreie Produkte (wurden jedoch nicht aufgefüllt). Die Abfallbehälter auf den Tischen waren schmutzig und fleckig. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine. Kein Service. Hotel: schon älter mit neueren Bereichen, direkt am Golfplatz. Terrasse beim alten Pool voller Blätter, wurde während Tagen nicht gewischt (Frühstücksbereich). Ein Pool alt, ungepflegt, neuer Pool schön, mit toller Aussicht. Stoff-Liegen im Aussenbereich fleckig, klumpig. Obwohl jedes Zimmer einen eigenen Aussenbereich hat, meinten hier gewisse Leute, die einzigen Liegestühle mit ihren Tüchern besetzen zu müssen. Dies gehört vom Personal entfernt. Zimmer: kürzlich renoviert, tiptop, gross genug, bequeme Betten, genug Stauraum. Allerdings ein eigenartiges Gebastel mit dem Topper und den Leintüchern, mit Spanngummi befestigt. Leider wurden täglich die Handtücher ersetzt, obwohl wir sie aufhängten. Zimmer ist sauber. Die völlig ungeeigneten Seifenschalen und Zahnputzgläser müssten ersetzt werden. Wasserkocher vorhanden, Utensilien werden jedoch nicht immer aufgefüllt, besser selber mitnehmen. Leider im grossen und ganzen ein etwas lieblos, nachlässig geführtes Hotel, daran ändert auch die schöne Lage nichts. Sehr schade. Der Internet-Auftritt des Hotels ist sehr dürftig, man muss lange suchen, um die gewünschte Info zu erhalten, wenn überhaupt

Usually I don’t write reviews but in this case is necessary. We were invited here with friends for Ester lunch, the place and the location are amazing, the food was brilliant. We played golf and after we have had reserved a table for lunch. One can see there is a lack of organization as the staff was literally running all over even if the restaurant wasn’t fully occupied. Then was this man, Roberto, that was unprofessional and rude when answering some of our questions, we just stood up and left due to his actions. Too bad for an amazing place like this to be run by unprofessional staff.

Tutto davvero ottimo…dalle camere ,alla spa ,al ristorante ,ai servizi,il panorama spettacolare Forse , unica osservazione ,i campi da golf , un po’ trascurati , ma sicuramente dovuto anche al periodo senza piogge …..vivamente consigliato
