Absolutely wonderful hotel , your own balcony , so close to everything you can need you are literally right by the beach 🏖️ you have a supermarket on your door step , restraints and great places to walk up and down , I would most definitely recommend for family's ,solo, and couples , I had the best time and reception staff were so helpful with everything I needed

Had a lovely stay at Galeon Playa! Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Staff were super welcoming from the start, especially at reception. The pool area was great for kids, and the sunbeds were ideal for relaxing. Plenty of kids’ entertainment too! Pedro, one of the dinner chefs, was always smiling, chatting, and encouraging us to try the food—such a friendly guy! Indah at breakfast was just as lovely, making amazing omelettes and always up for a nice chat. Alberto or Javi were always at the restaurant entrance to welcome us in with a smile, along with all the restaurant staff who did an amazing job serving and helping throughout. Really made the whole experience feel special. Would definitely recommend for a fun and relaxed family holiday!

Hotel room was large and spacious, in the perfect location for the beach, restaurants and the main square. Staff are very friendly and will do anything u ask. Our only downfall was our room had two windows facing the sea which both had the wind whistling through them every night, they could do with stronger seals on them. Only one mirror which was in the bathroom and with no aircon it was unbearable to dry your hair and put make up on in front of it. Not good for us ladies. Would return to Costa Teguise but sadly not to the Galeon just wasn't for us.

Appart hotel sympa surtout pour les familles avec petits enfants. Ne correspond pas aux adolescents pour l animation 'par contre très bien placé pour la plage restaurant et plonge. L hôtel propose des excursions avec réduction de 5 pour cent

We are just back from a lovely stay at Galeon Playa! Staff are all so lovely and welcoming never passing you without saying hello. Our room was large and comfortable just what we needed! We had a cot provided in the room for our youngest which actually was a godsend for us! We had a lovely interaction with one of the cleaning staff and our youngest. He loves people and she really made the time to talk to him and interact with him which was just so lovely to see! Even came up to us one day at the pool When she spotted us! Was so lovely! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name! Pool area was kept clean and all staff worked hard in the morning to make sure it was ready for the day! Unfortunately the pools were freezing cold which put our youngest off heat off but didn’t stop our eldest! Overall I would recommend these apartments if you looking for comfort and a small walk to the main square it’s not too far from but far enough that it’s nice and quiet. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed in the galleon for a week with our family. Our room was clean & comfortable but a little dated & we had regular visits from the cockroaches. The pool area was dirty, rubbish scattered, pool not cleaned properly, lots of debris floating around. The sun beds defiantly need replacing, very uncomfortable, dirty & several broken. The staff were lovely, very welcoming, attentive & nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately we cannot say the same for the students whom attended the hotel on a trip, they were loud, obnoxious, rude. Where were there parents?? Screaming well running up & down the corridors, tampering with my disabled mother’s disability scooter. Totally unfair! Overall, we had a lovely time but this will defiantly be our last visit.
