The food was amazing 👏, the staff are Fantastic 10/10.

The experience was just overall excellent, the staff were so lovely and friendly, the hotel was such a nice place to be, and after a day or two, I felt at home. It didn’t get boring at all, as the staff encouraged us to do lots of activities, and they were great fun for adults and the kids too.

We just returned from staying at this hotel, the staff and hotel itself were clean and great apart from a few of our groups rooms Ac not working or things like the room fridge. Props to lovely cleaning lady Arora, very kind and helpul. To start the pools are freezing even the baby pool is freezing cold our children who love swimming couldn’t stand the cold it was ice cold, the big pools are also as bad cold and dirty green and not cleaned at the bottom looks like ever, one time i pointed out what literally looked like vomit to the lifeguard as there was what looked like bits of food in the pool and he said in Spanish its just the creams people use :/? The older life guard was super rude, not allowed anything in the pool! No balls floats nothing? Where is the fun for kids and people? One lady who purchased a float in the hotel minimarket and had it blown up had to return it as she couldn’t even use it in the pool? The food was a nightmare, chips everyday, kebabs at least three times a week with questionable looking chicken meat, and absolutely no variety at breakfast most of the veg was soggy in bowls and the dessert selection was horrible even my picky kids had enough of the same stuff all day. The all inclusive drinks were ok but really annoying theme of drink of the day where if you wanted a different drink than the one of the day you have to pay for it! The entertainment? Practically non existent especially for little kids, 10 minutes of mini disco with same stuff everyday, followed by bingo and some karaoke or some shows which were all done in the small area. Overall I wouldn’t recommend, it is close to centre as taxi is cheap and walk is only 20 min but overall far from the bigger experiences
