The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families.
The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included.
The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so.
Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back.

This was our 3rd visit back to El Guarapo apartments. This is the best apatments we have ever stayed in when visiting Lanzarote over the past 30 years. The staff are all so super helpful and nothing seems to too much for them. They are always happy help and provide the best places to attractions to visit, places to drink & eat and are very knowledgabel about the resort and isalnd. The apartments are spotlessly clean throughout and rooms are service every two days which is so nice. It is a short 10 minutes walk into the main resort but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby in all directions. I would highly reccomend El guarapo to anyone wanting to have a nice relaxed holiday, there is a restaurant onsite which is open for breakfast and lunch time which is nice. If you decide to stay here then do let El Guarapo know your telephone number as they are wonderful at communicating via whataspp and are happy to answer any questions bfore or during your holiday.

Excellent apartments. We have been visiting CT for a few years now but this has been our favourite stay. The location is great, near to the centre but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. The staff here go above and beyond, what a team, well done guys, especially Daniella on reception and a special thank you to Cindy who always had a smile and kept our room spotless for 2 weeks. The room was well equipped with everything you need for self catering. The bed was really comfy and the towels were changed every other day. The only downside was that there were no sun beds on the beach ( not a fault of the apartments) apparently there has been an issue over contracts with the local council. Due to this we used the pool at the apartments, which was lovely, we never had a problem getting a sun bed. Thank you for making our stay fantastic!! Will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautifully peaceful apartments in a fantastic location! , the rooms are clean and well set out with very comfortable beds. Great facilities although it is a shame that the pool bar is closed from 4 pm when the pool remains open until 8pm, a little light music by the pool would also be nice but of course not for everyone. I cannot fault the incredible hospitality here at el guarpo!! The receptionist is a delight!! Friendly, knowledgeable and can't do enough for her guests!! Daily WhatsApp messages to advise on what is going on, and when you ask any questions she answers and then follows up with a message with all the information you need to get to where you are going!! Cannot fault this place!

What can i say when the only reason i picked this location to stay at was the reviews it is everything and more! I can’t believe it is only a 3* place, I’ve been to CT many times but i don’t think I’ll be staying anywhere other than here from now on, it is perfectly situated! As well as everything else i particularly liked the facilities after checkout so you can still enjoy your day doing what you want then shower and change for going home, big luggage lockers too! The only reason I didn’t give 5/5 is the sunbed situation, the rule is if you’re away for more than 15 mins give up your lounger but people don’t! Pool opens at 9:30 but people are saving the beds at 8! We got a bed once! People see you looking through out the day but don’t offer, staff are too nice to move towels but they should cus beds are reserved all day sometimes! I have a stoma so need to be near facilities where possible so it would’ve been 5/5 if we could’ve gotten around the pool a few times

Great location, great room and good value for money; also the communication by the team was second to none!! Fully briefed with the checking-in details and helpful with whatever the question. However, it’s been mentioned before regarding the limited sun bed availability, exasperated by the inconsiderate family of 5 who reserved 4 beds and didn’t return until 6 hours later!! Also, might be worth policing the same family (when they did use the beds) for absolutely p1551ng the entire pool area off by letting their feral kids run amok, screaming, playing endless football games and generally being a pain in the ass!! Overall, great place to stay, but control the thoughtless minority (don’t rely on the signs)

Stayed in a few different hotels in Costa tequise in the last 3 years, El Guarapo is a Lovely small complex, perfect location, breakfast was amazing. Will definitely return!

Just back from a twelve night stay at the wonderful El Guarapo apartments. Our apartment had everything we needed. It was cleaned every two days with towels changed on those days. The pool was very good and never a problem getting a sun lounger. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location was great just a few minutes walk to town centre and beach. Would highly recommend this complex and will hopefully return next year.
