The location of the hotel is amazing, it is right in front of the sea with all the rooms in that direction. Inside it has a kind of pond with plants and sofas, where you can rest and disconnect, in addition to having performances at night. The rooms are quite good, we had one with two beds and that is something we did not like. I totally recommend it.

The location was ideal. Plenty of shops and bars. Hotel no complaints. Luxury room was fine cleaning fine staff and entertainment fine. All excellent. The only disappointment was the dinner time food. Meat to tough and too much stew food. Although our accommodation was excellent I was after spending 1700Euro so we could get a walk in shower owing to our disability. We later found out there was rooms with this facility so we're very disappointed that were were not offered one of them where contacted the hotel direct and so no next holiday this year

Het hotel en de ligging zijn super goed. Ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht op de baai. Het verwarmde zwembad was een groit pluspunt. Er waren steeds nog bedjes vrij gedurende de dag. Genoeg keuze bij het buffet. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een echte aanrader!!

The room accommodation was very nice. Our room was appropriately 200 metres from restaurant and entertainment area.I am disabled and my wife developed serious breathing problems. Eventually through intervention from a Doctot the reception staff found us a room 100 metres closer for which we thanked them profusely..IF YOU USE A MOBILITY SCOOTER DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT USE ONE IN THE HOTEL,YOU HAVE TO LEAVE IT PARKED IN RECEPTION AREA. The food was of a poor standard 8 times out of 10 it was cold .We had a stew twice in the 3 weeks we were there.it was full of fat ,gristle and bone.The restaurant staff were excellent many thanks to Carmen, Puri and colleagues .The drinks at the bar were excellent (branded spirits ) on our package.I am sorry I have had to write a review as negative as this .But as a disabled person I have never been treated as poorly by any hotel as this one .It has changed ownership recently.they need to spend thousand of pounds o refurbishment. broken tiles damaged flooring throughout the hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean,location is fabulous, close to shops and restaurants . Staff are so very friendly and hard working. Only negative is the food, we went all inclusive, breakfast was the best meal though some more fresh fruit would be nice. Lunch and dinner was very mediocre, a lot of fish (personally not for me) a lot of stew type food and lacking in flavour. Desserts were very poor, looked different but all tasted the same, would be lovely to see some homemade desserts. Would I stay again, yes certainly, the hotel is beautiful but think I would have to rethink the dining options

Great hotel. Fabulous location. Wonderful staff. Have been multiple times and will definitely be back again. We do go to other locations but are always drawn back here due to our previous experiences. The location is perfect with amazing views and amenities so close. Teguise has a wonderful accessible promanade

These 3 sun beds were reserved at 7:30 this morning it is now 14:00 and they have not been used as yet The hotel is great apart from food which is bit of a let down, drinks are top quality, there are enough sun beds without people reserving them all day

The staff at hotel made you feel very welcome and always pleasant. The choice of food was great, my son especially liked the cakes. I personally loved the fruit choices and oranges were delicious. It met all my expectations and a lot more and will definitely be back.
