The food was very basic and the facilities lacked an elevator, I suppose that for older people they will be located on the ground floor.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

There are supermarkets, many restaurants and car rental shops opposite the hotel, and it is also very close to the beach! Very convenient! The hotel has designed many children's play facilities, and there are performances for children in the evening, which is suitable for families traveling with children! The hotel is moderately close to various attractions and not far from the airport. It is recommended to rent a car for travel.

Visited for 2 weeks in Jan 25 stayed HB the rooms are luverly, comfy beds & cleaned daily, plenty of sunbeds , there is a large children's pool with a couple of slides but it isn't heated the other pool is heated but full of children and families, the bar area is nice the drinks are reasonably priced the staff day and night are friendly , then there is the restaurant, the food was OK we eat out some night s if we couldn't find anything it was very noisy and full of young children running about or screaming and most being ignored by there parents!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Anlage. Positiv: kurze Wege, freundliches, hilfsbereites Team. Animation super, insbesondere der Daisyclub Negativ: Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Qualität des Essens und der Getränke. Vieles sieht nach Convenience Food aus. Preis Leistung ist okay.

Great trip over Christmas, apartment fairly basic but hotel and location excellent very close to the beach and coastline. The animation team worked very hard to make sure guests were having a fabulous holiday, more so than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Christmas day was really special. My 8 year old loved the slide pool, the other pool was heated to a lovely temperature even in December. Weather lovely, pool and beach weather every day. We enjoyed the food, have seen mixed reviews but we always found something decent to eat and enjoyed the cava and sangria on the AI.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of June 2024. Myself, my husband, our 2 daughters (4 and 6 months) and my parents stayed at this hotel. We had rooms next to each other with joining rooms which was perfect when you have young children and often need an extra pair of hands. We had a small kitchenette in our room which was great when you have a small baby that needs bottles washed and sterilised. The rooms were clean, spacious and bright. The evening entertainment was incredible, my 4 year old would stay up to 11pm most nights dancing away having the best time. The food was ok, some meal times were better than others, perhaps we are just fussier than the average person. We loved the breakfast every morning with fresh pancakes, churros and eggs. We would have food at lunchtime from the pool bar, and then dinner in the main restaurant in the evenings. I would recommend bringing a refillable water bottle for your children, and perhaps small travel squeezy juice/squash as i found there was no choice of soft drinks for my 4 year old during the day apart from fizzy or a mocktail. So we would put squash in her bottle and refill it at the bar from the water dispenser. Staff are so lovely, special mention to Vicky in the bar! We have rebooked again for this July for a week and cannot wait.

We stayed at the hotel between 15th and 22nd of December. One reason we booked this hotel was the overall great reviews and I am so glad we did. I emailed beforehand asking for a ground floor room and in the newer block, which I had to pay a fee for. I didn’t see the older rooms so can’t compare but our room had everything we needed and overlooked the pool. We stayed half board which was perfect for us as we like to eat out occasionally too. You can swap your evening meal to lunch easily at reception which is great and we did this a few times so we ate out in the evening. The buffet was good, lots of variety for us and a picky toddler. Drinks were cheap, although drinks service in the buffet restaurant was a little slow and felt abit forgotten about, often having to try and get waiters attention. The entertain team were amazing and all work so hard, the kids clubs were great and though we never left our toddler without us in the baby club, she had a great time in there with us and it broke up the day. We went to look at the age 3-8 club as our little one was almost 3 and I was really impressed and if we go again I would definitely use it. Evening shows and mini disco were a big hit and we went every evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with young children and we will go again. If you don’t have children and want peace and quiet and are offended by the sight of pushchairs then probably book an adults only hotel I think if you are
