The food was very basic and the facilities lacked an elevator, I suppose that for older people they will be located on the ground floor.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

There are supermarkets, many restaurants and car rental shops opposite the hotel, and it is also very close to the beach! Very convenient! The hotel has designed many children's play facilities, and there are performances for children in the evening, which is suitable for families traveling with children! The hotel is moderately close to various attractions and not far from the airport. It is recommended to rent a car for travel.

Amazing hotel ,very clean ! Staff are absolutely wonderful! So very friendly and very helpful.,they all work so hard ! Was made to feel very welcome and felt very safe at this hotel, I was very sad to leave ,also very sad to leave lola and Cobi the cats behind 😊thankyou for a wonderful experience x

We had an amazing 14-day family vacation at this beautiful small hotel. The location is perfect - so close to the beach! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both in the restaurant and at the bar. What really made our stay special was the fantastic animation team, especially for younger children. Both of our kids absolutely loved the Mini Club and looked forward to going there every day. They had so much fun, particularly with the Spanish animator Xabi, who was simply wonderful with the children. We can't thank him enough for making our kids' holiday so memorable! The hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful pool, delicious food, and even after 14 days, we were never bored. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to other families! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

We had an excellent stay at H10 Lanzarote Gardens. Our room ( a ground floor family apartment) was lovely with a large terrace. The air conditioning worked very well to keep us all cool in the August heat! The hotel is situated in a nice part of Costa Teguise and is only a short walk from the beach, mini golf and the aquarium too. We found the food in the buffet restaurant to be excellent - a wide variety and very good quality. We particularly enjoyed the Spanish and Canarian themed evenings! Lastly, the service and staff at the H10 were brilliant. A couple deserve particular recognition. Maria, who runs the restaurant, was always so friendly and cheerful and it was a pleasure to see her every meal-time. Despite seeing hundreds of guests every meal, she always made us feel especially welcome. Also Javier on reception was so helpful. We asked him quite a few queries about excursions and he was always happy to help and gave us a lot of useful information about great places to visit on the island. Gracias Maria and Javier! Overall, we had a great stay and would love to return!

Very good, clean hotel. Scrapes a 4*, Tui rate at 3*. Good food, not quite 4*. I must add that the restaurant is rather chaotic and very noisy during the school holidays. International branded drinks included, cocktails a bit crap for a 4*, a lot of sweet syrup involved. Decent fast food snack bar, again probably 3*. Decent cleanliness apart from in the rooms, ours was a little tired and tatty, we stayed for 10 nights and the bathroom was cleaned once. Had to ask for toilet rolls on more than one occasion. We had an issue with our air con and shower not draining, these issues were quickly rectified. Double beds are two singles pushed together so a couple will likely sleep apart for the duration of your holiday, but wow they are comfy with good quality toppers. Another note about the room is that there is no mirror in the bedrooms so the girls found it a little hard work drying hair and applying make-up. New towels and bedding provided regularly. Staff here are very friendly and appear very happy which is a positive, nothing is too much trouble. Currently there is building/renovation work going on so from around the pool sounds like you’re on a building site. Animation team work tirelessly with activities all day long, if you have a child under 10 then this is possibly the hotel for you, if you don’t then maybe look elsewhere as it’s very much geared towards the young ones. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel to friends with toddlers etc. In summary this is a nice hotel but having older children we wouldn’t return.
