Definitely not a 4 star. Pools not cleaned very well, sun beds broken, few people have cut there feet and people slipped over very dangerous around the pools. Rooms very big, food was ok and drinks were nice. But my 5 year old really enjoyed it

This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel on jet2, 3.8/5 on trip advisor. My rating would be 2.5-3/5. Positives: Branded drinks on the all inclusive- Pepsi, Pepsi max, tropical beer on draft. Negatives The beds are really uncomfortable and feel like you’re sleeping on cardboard. The air con in the room does not work. We mentioned it to reception who said they ‘fixed’ it. It never went lower than 23 degrees. We know of people who had theirs at 13 degrees!! The swimming pools are freezing! The pools have lose tiles. Apparently there’s always incidents where children are cutting their feet but the hotel refuses to do anything to fix it. There was a few whilst we were there. The all inclusive food was mediocre- no themes each night & same food most nights. Lack of entertainment for the children - 30 minute disco each night except Sundays. Overall the hotel needs a fair bit of TLC. I think jet2 need to reconsider their 4 stars…

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet établissement en famille. Lors de notre arrivée à 9h ( nous ne choisissons pas les horaires de vol) on nous explique qu’il nous ait impossible de d’intégrer notre chambre avant 15h! C’est assez long après le voyage dans les pattes… Mais bon vite oublié quand nous nous apercevons que nous sommes surclassés en chambre avec jacuzzi ( 35€ / jours pour qu’il soit fonctionnel) L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé mais prévoir la location d’un véhicule pour la semaine, c’est indispensable et peu coûteux pour découvrir l’île. Concernant le buffet, en tant que français nous avons trouvé les saveurs insipides et plutôt orientés pour la clientèle anglo-saxonnes très nombreuses dans l’établissement! Mauvais point également sur la partie piscine, froide, très froide ! Dans un étoilé 4* ce n’est pas possible… Les chambres sont plutôt grandes, propres. L’ensemble du personnel est aimable et font l’effort de parler français. Pour résumé, notre séjour s’est bien passé malgré quelques couacs mais qui sont perfectibles !

We are staying here for a week. Not very impressed so far - especially as advertised as a 4 star by Jet2 - 3 star at best. Room is spacious but cupboards etc are hanging off / had to get bed sheets changed a few times due to stains and hair. Today they were wheeling out mattresses from the rooms across poolside - from the stains visible on the bottom I am now horrified to think what we are sleeping on - don’t want to check. Air-con in the entertainment bar is leaking with random buckets dotted around catching the water. Pool is not the best - the ‘heated pool’ has a scum layer that’s floating on the surface - not many people using that one. In the other 2 we have seen a few ppl cut their feet so we are very wary of the kids. Only positive is that most staff are friendly - however some have no English at all. Maybe we are just used to better quality but on the whole if we could we would change hotel in an instant.

Pas de Clim dans la chambre pendant une semaine, entre 28 et 30 degrés. Très peu de clim au restaurant. Cafard dans les toilettes à l'accueil et toilettes sales. Référente Fram 👍🏻. Piscine froide, SPA 👎 le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre ménage chambre bien fait. All inclusive, un bar de piscine sans rien à manger ou alors fallait payer et snack après-midi 15h30 17h30 avec seulement pizza frites, hamburger et un peu de glace. Nous sommes très déçu de notre voyage.

Relación calidad/ precio: bien. Limpieza: los tres primeros días, hicieron SOLO la cama, no recogieron toalla sucia del baño. Ese día fuimos a recepción para comunicarlo, nos dieron toallas limpias y jabón. El cuarto día vinieron a limpiar a las 14.45 h, les dijimos que saldríamos a las 16 h y no volvieron ni ese día, ni el siguiente. El sexto, si fueron y el séptimo nos fuimos. Debemos decir que ese día, aunque nuestro vuelo era tardío, pudimos comer y aprovechar del hotel hasta la tarde, sin ningún problema. Destacar la amabilidad de la animación y camareros como Alejandro y los chicos y personal de recepción. La comida bien, y la variedad de las tartas perfecta. El snack bar, variedad escasa, no hay fruta ni yogur. El café puede mejorarse. Instalaciones: las piscinas tienen el agua fría. La climatizada cuesta 6 euros, excepto la primera vez. Al gimnasio hay que darle un repaso y el horario de los fines de semana de 9 a 16.50h. Situación a 1300 m de la playa, pero un lugar tranquilo si no quieres salir del hotel. Muchas facilidades a la hora de alquilar coche y bicicletas.

We checked out Tripadvisor prior to flying to Lanzarote as we wanted to know what to expect at this resort. The majority said the location wasn't great, and that the staff were mostly great. We could not agree more with this. The staff were all accommodating and helpful whenever we required. The bars were easily accessible and we found that there was plenty of space to sit around the several pools dotted on site. We spent the majority of the time at the pool with the child's play area as it was perfect for our children. We had one issue within a couple of hours of arriving, which i urge people to pay attention to if you have children. Our 3 year old got locked in a room in the apartment because the door was closed and there was no handle on it in the hall which meant i could not open it without a key. This caused my daughter distress as she was unable to open the door from the other side. This was quickly resolved by the resort staff, fortunately. Whilst it was a stressful moment for us, I really didn't want to let it be a blight on the overall holiday. Please check your room doors, especially if you are in 1009. The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner was fine, if a bit repetitive. Overall not the best quality, but a decent amount of choice to cover most diets. The disco for children is on almost every night (there wasn't one on the Sunday evening), and is also a bit repetitive. My children enjoyed it though and looked forward to going most nights. Good resort. Away from the town centre, but close enough that a taxi costs less than 5 Euros.
