Man sollte nicht zu viel Erwarten bei der Wohnung. Das tollste ist eigentlich die Lage und der Ausblick. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Hier sollte mal eine Renovierung stattfinden. Aber Preis Leistung stimmt hier denke ich.
