...dieses Jahr fiel unser Frühjahrsurlaub an der Costa de la Luz ins Wasser, und ungewöhnlich stürmisch war es obendrein. Da waren wir froh, dass Hotel und Umgebung keine zusätzlichen Überraschungen für uns bereit hielten. Es war unser 4. Aufenthalt im Hotel PlayaBallena. Warum dieses Hotel? Für uns hat dieses Hotel mehrere Vorteile, einmal die perfekte Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und zum Spazierengehen, zudem die großzügigen Zimmer in einer gepflegten Anlage, mit individuellem Charme und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Küche und Buffet/Restaurant bieten eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Gerichten, plus einem Mittagstisch-Angebot, das wir persönlich sehr schätzen. Was uns auffiel war, dass die Qualität des Angebots der Gerichte über die Woche und mit der Anzahl der Gäste schwankte. Wer zudem weiß eingedeckte Tische, Kerzenlicht und gedämpfte Unterhaltung erwartet, ist fehl am Platze. Praktisch rustikal wäre die passende Umschreibung, in einer südländisch geräuschvollen Umgebung. Kein Problem für uns, und auch ein Stück weit authentisch, da der überwiegende Teil der Gäste aus Spanien kommt. Familien mit Kindern übers Wochenende oder auch Gruppen auf Rundreise. Wir jedenfalls fühlen uns dort gut aufgehoben und planen bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub für den Herbst an gleicher Stelle. -

Hemos pasado unos días increíblemente estupendos, mi valoración va en especial para la parte de animación tanto para niños como adultos, es una verdadera pasado el trabajo que hacen todos ellos. Mi especial mención es para Celia, Dani y las niñas del miniclub mis niños han salido encantados y es la primera vez que se quedan en el miniclub, de hecho han preferido estar con ellos antes que playa ni nada más. Una verdadera experiencia. Las instalaciones una pasada, el mini golf flipante y muchas zonas de entretenimiento. El buffet está estupendamente, mucha variedad y las personas que trabajan en él encantadoras. Por poner una pega si me gustaría decir que lo que no nos ha gustado ha sido el servicio de bebidas dentro del buffet teníamos que esperar que viniera el camarero para pedir y la verdad que sobre todo viernes y sábado a sido un caos.

He estado alojada un fin de semana en el hotel, ha sido fantastico,todo muy limpio y buen buffet muy completo y todo muy bueno. La habitacion ha sido un acierto ya que estuve alojada en la suite familiar y es espectacular. Dar mi enhorabuena a todo el personal del hotel y mencionar la limpieza y el mantenimientodel hotel,sin duda volvere.

El personal muy amable, pero las instalaciones nos han parecido deficitarias para lo que esperábamos de un hotel de 4 estrellas, sobre todo el baño, viejo y anticuado, cortina en la bañera, sin bolsas en las papeleras, sin kit de baño e higiene personal. El resto aceptable, teniendo en cuenta que se trata del mes de marzo, con una ocupación bajísima, por lo que se entiende que no puede estar al 100%
