We made a reservation in May and the hotel was in quite a bit of maintenance.
The room was very nice and had everything you needed.

Destacamos el bufet, muy variado y bueno. Cada día distinto, comida para todos los gustos y de calidad.El trato del personal fantástico, sobre todo el de cocina y sala, muy profesionales .La habitación muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Sin duda, para repetir.

Hotel super bonito, todos los servicios que necesites, personal super atento y educado, buffet muy bueno con gran variedad en todas las comidas, personal sala y cocina fantásticos. Spa genial. Fuimos por mi cumpleaños y nos pusieron un detalle en la habitación con una botella de cava y fruta. Sin duda repetiremos.

My husband and I have just returned from a three night break at this disappointing hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the facilities were poor. The swimming pool was open from 12:00 noon to 6:30pm. This was unacceptable as we enjoy a morning swim. Pool/beach towels could only be hired for €15 from the spa whose opening hours were 11:00- 7:00. The spa cost €28. We were told that parking would incur an additional cost of €20/day. Of the many restaurants listed only the buffet was open for breakfast and dinner (no lunchtime offerings!) Breakfast was chaotic with only one egg/pancake chef available and lengthy queues. The food/drink options for breakfast were acceptable, if a little bland in taste, and the food was not piping hot. Dinner was mediocre. We only had one dinner, preferring to drive some distance to get a good meal. There were no room service options. When my husband mentioned the lack of food available the receptionist told him they didn’t care about their customers!! He has written to the hotel detailing this!The rooms did have a minibar which had drinks and a Kitkat. I am disabled and had my walking seat stolen from reception when we were checking in. The staff were most unhelpful when I told them. I would not recommend this hotel.
