We arrived for the GP SPAIN Jerez 2023 of Moto GP. The reservation was from Friday the 28th to Monday the 1st, but due to schedule we practically paid 1 day for nothing, because we arrived at 2am on Saturday and left at 4am on Monday. We requested a picnic to make up for breakfast on Monday, but no one picked up the phone for us on Sunday when we were outside the hotel (they told us to notify us), because after many attempts it was impossible. The young woman at the reception could not give us a solution other than a "sorry".
Cleaning 10, friendly attention but that detail was missing to compensate a little with the client for the bad hours compatible with the hotel.

Mi experiencia es muy mala en este hotel. Hay varios puntos que voy a citar: Por la noche la mini disco cerrada y en mi grupo hay varios niños pequeños. A las 11 se supone que empieza el todo incluido pero no es verdad. La bebida muy mala son como de polvos. La camarera es muy agradable se llama Helen. Un familiar se tuvo que ir a dormir a otra habitacion porque el de mantenimiento se va a las 00:00 y su puerta no abria, han estado toda la noche sin sus pertenencias. En el baño el wc se movía A los alredores del hotel no hay nada El bus para el centro tarda 1 hora y media
