Amenities included a coffee maker, but the 1990s coffee maker was actually found in a lower cabinet. No directions on how to use the TVs and no standard cable option. recommendations to the owner - paint the interior a light color. Improve the lighting, remodel the kitchen with new appliances, counter tops and cabinets. Improve the flooring throughout. Improve the yard area, fencing off the back half of the yard that is primarily dead grass and dirt. Upgrade your furniture and fixtures and you will be able to charge significantly more and stay full more often. Make sure toilets function perfectly. don't ever ask a guest to assemble an umbrella you just bought for the outdoor area. Trim and upgrade the landscape. Overall, take advantage of the location and upgrade the property. It will be worth it. Until then, I would not recommend anyone stay there....

Cute and comfortable cottage Great location and beautiful property. Perfect cottage vibe and a true getaway in Costa Mesa. Whole family loved it and we will be back
