I've been staying at this hotel most of the times I visit Costa del Sol. Very nice concept, and helpfull staff. Needs a bit of fresh spirit

Couldn't be better. A hotel with first-class service and customer service. I am super happy with the purchase, the price is worth it. You will not regret. Even the rooms have rituals, the breakfast buffet is all with Iberian pork for those who like meat. Cleanliness of ten, restaurants and luxury food. Incredible views. By the way, the bedding and the bed in general were super comfortable. One of the restaurants has a Michelin star.

Great place. But additional costs for all things in the hotel which should be complimentary, making it an expensive stay.
Avoid going Sunday and Monday as all except one restaurant is closed.

A la llegado todo muy bien hasta nos dieron la habitación q nada más entrar olía a cañerías fatal , abrimos la ventana pensando q sería por estar cerrado nos fuimos a la piscina un rato y a la vuelta era peor el olor lo comunicamos y nos cambiaron la habitación a otra vuelta hacer maletas y cambiarse a la otra punta del hotel con el cabreo q llevamos la habitación nos costó 200 y era mala para ese precio la q nos dieron era mejor está muy bien no olía pero tenía sorpresa a las 7:00 se pone un ruido del baño de al lado suponemos q se rompió y no paraba de cargar agua para volvernos locos no quisimos ya quejarnos q horror aquí estoy a las 8:30 desaogandome del cabreo y dolor de cabeza q tengo del e opiniones el hotel el trato muy bien pero inodoro es un ruido q te taladra he sido muy objetivo creo en este tipo opiniones Mi estancia de 0 a 10 un 3 y solo valoro el trato las instalaciones de pena no volveré más

The sevices are poor according to the price I took sea view room but the sea is very far from it, and I choose jacuzzi but I found it normal bath, Everything is extra paid, the Coffee, beach beds , pools etc. Also the hair dryer in the room is not working and I request changing it but they also give me another malfunction one.

Ottime le camere, spaziose e ben arredate. La piscina per allenarsi nello Sporting fantastica. Il bar con piscina sul roof elegante e raffinato. Lo staff preciso e cortese. La colazione di ottimo livello. Un pochino lenti nel servizio bar/ristorante a bordo piscina, ma magari è stato un caso.
