This camp is just simply awesome! You get coached sessions in the morning, and the coaches are super pumped and have all the gear you need to get up on your board the very first day. In the afternoon, you can hop on the little bike they give you to get to the surf school, which is really close to the camp. Wetsuits and boards are included, so you can surf as much as you want! The surf school, camp apartments, and beach are all just a quick 5-minute bike ride away , super convenient! Plus, there’s always something fun going on like karaoke nights, club trips, or game nights after dinner. You’ll never be bored here. The team is super friendly, and the vibes are just great. Ehm what else, I also tried snorkeling, 3 wheeler surf skating , churrascarias and local restaurants, played table tennis, and a bunch more stuff. Honestly, it was an amazing week can’t imagine a better camp out there! ❤️

The best and most friendliest people ever . Can party hard and can teach you how to surf what else would you want ! Staff are lovely and the food was amazing out of all the places I’ve travelled it has been the best much love to the gota dagua family

My wife and I visited Caparica last week and we had booked 5 days of surfing with the camp, both morning and afternoon sessions, which was a lot but the coaches made sure it was safe. We had one of the best weeks of our lives, the likes of Homie, David, Pedro and the gang made us feel like part of the family and we did not want to leave. So many good memories were created and we will be returning as soon as we can to continue learning. If you are looking to pick a new skill or practise your surfing on one of the best beaches in the world be sure to check out Gota Dagua, you will not regret it. Healthy regards Kyle Maslen 🤙🏼

Good vibes, good people, good waves. I went for my first solo trip in summer, I met such incredible people, I just knew I had to go for round 2 for New Years. Can’t wait for round 3, hopefully I can come back ASAP ❤️ Miss everyone there already

Gota Dagua is definitely a place that makes you feel like home. If you’re looking for a surfcamp near Lisbon and Costa da Caparica, that’s where you should go ! Nice people, great food and surf instructors ! The week organization was really easy, we didn’t have to think about anything. I’ll definitely come back !

The hostel and the support team is awesome. I was there for a week and had one of my best vacations. The week is super organized, you get to know great people. The breakfast and dinner they prepare was delicious. There is a small pool, a bar and tabletennis. The bed in the dorm was a bit too small for my height. The surf instructors know what they are doing and are funny too. Gladly again!

I have had an amazing time in Gota! I stayed for two weeks and loved the whole vibe (house, staff, food, surf-lessons). Location is good, with the bikes everything is close. Also you can easily take the ferry to Lisbon, to explore the city. I went solo but have met many amazing people. I recommend this place en will probably return soon :D

Gota is an amazing surfcamp! It was my second stay there and I had again a really good time. I learn a lot with the great surf instructors and spend the free time enjoying costa da caparica as well as the comfy house with the very welcoming team! Highly recommended!

Wonderful place with such a nice atmosphere, really friendly staff, lovely food, brilliant instructors and amazing surf. Great fun for both children, youngsters and grownups. This was our 2nd. stay and definitely not the last. We will be back.
