We have just had our 9th stay at this hotel, safe to say we will be back for a 10th! All the staff work so hard to try and ensure everyone has a great stay, one or two of them I’d like to see smile a bit more but we don’t let that ruin our holiday! As per the last 3 years, I really enjoyed taking part in the activities organised by Wajdi, he has a great personality and is very friendly with all the regular guests who come back year after year, you can tell he is very passionate about what he does & I always look forward to seeing him. As usual our room was kept spotlessly clean along with the rest of the hotel by the cleaning staff, they really do work so hard all day. The restaurant staff also deserve a mention as they too work so hard to ensure you enjoy your meal but also in keeping the restaurant moving in order to cater for all the guests. The bar staff & waiters also work very hard, it’s very difficult to criticise any of them for the effort they put in. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and to watch the sunrise on the beach is a must to do at least once during your stay! There are restaurants and shops in the town itself which are only a 20 minute walk away. All in all It’s a great place to stay, there are negatives but these are far outweighed by the positives.

didn't have a good experience with the hotel; it was the second time, but also the last. The first time, I was given a room below the restaurant, which was very noisy because of the chairs sliding on the tiles. I was given another room, but I lost my sea view, but it did have rust. The second time, six months later, I was given the same room again, so I immediately requested a different room. Although it had a partial sea view, it overlooked the staff's parked cars and a busy dirt road. I didn't realize this at first, otherwise I wouldn't have accepted the room. It was very noisy with the door open. The next problem: the air conditioning started dripping and stopped working. It was 27 degrees Celsius in the room at night, and I couldn't open the balcony door because of the noise from passing cars. The repairman arrived and said the air conditioning thermostat wasn't showing the correct temperature. He held a thermometer in the air conditioning unit itself, and it read 18 degrees. "Okay," he said, "but the cold from the air conditioning wasn't being blown into the room, which was the problem." When he holds the thermometer in the room, it quickly rises to 24 degrees Celsius. He explains this as being because the door he just entered is open. Bad hotel, bad experience, and therefore never again. Definitely not worth 4 stars.

This hotel never fails to relax and rejuvenate me! It’s in a beautiful spot with most wonderful beaches. The pool cools you off in the sunshine, the staff are lovely and I plan to keep returning

Our third time at this lovely hotel. We again had a privilege room. From arrival to, unfortunately, having to return home, our stay was wonderful. All the staff are extremely friendly and they work so hard to make sure you have the best holiday. Our room had a fabulous view and was absolutely spotless (as everywhere in the hotel seemed to be), the food was amazing and the entertainment was superb. The location of this hotel, with all the beautiful, golden sandy bays so close, is stunning. We had a fantastic stay and have already booked for next year. So looking forward to returning

This was our second visit we were not disappointed we went all inclusive in a privilege suite which was absolutely huge. The room was kept spotless by the hard working cleaners. We mostly ate in the Privilege Restaurant and the food was of a very high standard the service was mainly good although on a couple of occasions our meals appeared to be served to other diners and we had to wait longer while our food was cooked but we were on holiday so no rush. The drinks are all top brands the cocktails are lovely The grounds were well looked after the cleaners were out first light keeping the areas spotless. Reception were very helpful too marks to Shirley Yes we hope to be back for our 3rd stay
