Rezeption, Sauberkeit, und Öffnungszeiten schlecht
Nach meinem Ankunft am 21.01 war die Rezeption auch innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten nicht besetzt! Wir haben 1 std vor dem Eingang mit unserem Gepäck gewartet bis einer kam.
Als wir drin waren, waren wir schockiert und den Zustand und die Sauberkeit in der Rezeption. Extrem abgenutzte veraltete Couch,überall Katzenhaare, ... enttäuschend.
Die Apparts in sich waren in Ordnung. Da bin ich Zufrieden
Das erste was auffällt ist natürlich die Fassade und die Rezeption und die waren in sehr schlechten Zustand.

Correct pour le prix, ne pas être trop exigeant.
Arrivés en début de soirée, de nuit, impossible de rentrer dans l'établissement. J'ai appelé Lucas de la réception plusieurs jours avant et le jour même sans succès. J'ai heureusement enfin réussi à le joindre sur son portable. Cet accueil résume l'état d'esprit de cette résidence. Mieux vaut être très autonome dans séjour: style Backpackers Australien ou Auberge de jeunesse améliorée. La porte de notre T2 n'a jamais fermé à clé pendant 16 jours, pannes d'internet, pannes d'eau chaude, le tarif étant raisonnable, le lieu est calme, le personnel souriant mais quasi toujours absent, alors on s'accommode, ou pas...A vous de voir.

We only stayed in this hotel for 1 night but we were not impressed with what we experienced. The apartments and the surrounding complex are very dated and basic. Granted, it wasn't particularly expensive, however parts felt dirty. Personally i would not return back to this hotel Good bits - The man at reception was very friendly and helped us to find our room / We didn't use the pool but it looks a decent size / The room did come with basic amenities e.g., a fan and kettle. / They were accomodating and willing to change our check in times which was very helpful. Bad bits - The towels that were left for us were not particularly clean and had some brown marks on them. / The shower is not practical, the curtain does not keep the water in and the bathroom floor ends up really wet. / The bed sheet did not fit the bed properly and kept coming undone / There were not enough plugs in the bed room, only 1 on the opposite side away from the bed. / The lighting of the bedroom was not very good / the apartment felt unclean compared to other hotels that we stayed at on this island.

Der Pool wird täglich gesäubert, das Apartment dagegen wurde in 14 Tage nicht einmal gesäubert. Das Apartment, besser gesagt der Fußboden, wurde unsauber übergeben.
Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden nach 8 Tagen gewechselt.
Auf Reklamations-Emails wurde nicht reagiert. Vor Ort war nach 5 Tage jemand das erste Mal anzutreffen, telefonisch habe ich niemanden erreicht.
Wenn die Apartments auch so gereinigt werden, wie der Pool, dann kann man dort gut Urlauben!

Le réceptionniste Lucas, malgré plusieurs appels, ne nous avait pas laissé de clés. Arrivée de nuit compliquée. Ici il faut se débrouiller : porte cassée pendant 16 jours, réception ouverte 3 heures par jour. L'ensemble est calme et plutôt dans le style backpacker Australien. A vous de voir. Un mois après le départ, j'attends toujours la facture promise. Ne pas s'attendre à un hôtel plus une agréable auberge de jeunesse, sympa mais gestion peu rigoureuse.

It is a cheap and quiet complex, a bit run down and far from the beach and the center of Costa Calma. There is no change of towels or sheets, we requested them after a week of stay, they told us yes, but the towels did not arrive. There is also no cleaning service during the stay. Beware of stray cats sneak into the apartment. The reception is usually closed.

Very mediocre apartments in a very dirty environment and without any type of maintenance, it does not have views of the sea as advertised or a garden because everything is dry, there are hardly any kitchen utensils and what little there is is in deplorable condition. The terrace of the apartment has no awning, super uncomfortable spring bed, the pool has a greenish color due to lack of good maintenance. A part of the complex has apparently “squatted” apartments, which makes it generally insecure. Not recommendable!
