Its a lovely hotel, staff are so pleasant! the weather wasnt so great! very windy! food was lush! but more importantly the entertainment was insane and the animation team were the best! especially gonzalo, he goes out of his way & always has the best smile! all of the team were incredible this evening!

I couldn't recommend this place enough. The room was lovely, the staff was amazing, the food tasted great, the beach was just stones throw away. Also a bonus for me was they had 0% Heineken on the all inclusive. Finally they had lovely cats on site as well who was very friendly too.

We went for one week to this beautiful resort. We loved every minute of it. Our room was lovely, gorgeous view from balcony of both sea and mountains. Beds comfy, room immaculate and cleaned daily. Food really good, plenty of good choices and fresh fruit, salads soups cakes ice cream, hot choices. Drinks were good, the coffee was, also lovely. The staff all very pleasant and friendly. The animation team engaging, some good shows, we did love the Whitney Houston body guard bit 😂. The stand out is the beauty of this resort, lovely pools, gorgeous gardens trees and plants and wow those views of the sea. We had no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to return. Cet hôtel est très bien situé, plage privé, piscine chauffée. La nourriture est assez variée même si fatalement en all inclusive il peut y avoir quelques redondances. Le personnel est adorable (sauf une ou l'autre exception) toujours serviables, comme Hamada et Jalal de superbes personnes. Peu de francophones (env. 35 dans l'hôtel), des allemands et des anglais pour l'essentiel, mais pour celles et ceux ne maîtrisant pas de langues étrangère, le personnel parle plus ou moins français. Rien à redire donc, des vacances au top.

Nos alojamos en este hotel en semana santa, segun llegamos nos mandaron al bar piscina el cual estaba en condiciones inftahumanas, comida por el suelo, platos y vasos sucios, olor a alcohol y a pipi, la comida horrible, la piscina sin socorrista y en malas condiciones, las hamacas nunca se han limpiado. Despues de hablar con el director, despues de decirme que le de una oportunidad a la cena, la cual acepto, y la cena mas de lo mismo. La habitacion tenia supuestamente una cama supletoria, y era un sillon cama, con un colchon de menos de 5 cm. Las sabanas olian mal. Finalmente decidimos abandonar el hotel solicitando el reembolso del mismo. No lo recomendamos para nada, de 4 estrellas no tiene nada.

Expérience moyenne ,nourriture correcte pour notre part sauf certains midi ,accueil correct du personnel la ou ça ne va pas c est que personne parle français !,chambre des années 80 bon c est juste pour dormir ok propre qd même, bar de la plage vétuste voir antique carreaux cassés voir limite dangereux dans le bar côté tireuse à bière (vérifiable),serveur sympathique sauf à 18h qd on vous vire ,bar principal d un autre àge également !,boissons correcte quand même, coter piscine le positif :de nombreux transats certes quelques un cassés hélas mais il y a de la place ,3 belles piscines dont la 1ere chauffée sauf qu il y a des mosaïques de carreaux rouillées sur les parois, l entretien n est pas de mise dans cet hôtel, que dire ah oui animation uniquement en allemand ou anglais, les français n existent pas chez eux !si vs voulez parler français fuyez !,dommage que sbh laisse cet hôtel en ruine ,bon point de départ pour visiter sud de l ile ,avec des plages magnifiques ! Possibilité de bus à proximité ou location de voiture ,juste une dernière chose j attend tjrs le coup de fil du représentant Patrick a fuerteventura de promosejours qui devait me rappeler soi disant....

- Tout d'abord, il faut absolument se rendre aux réunions que votre organisme propose pour être au courant de toutes les choses qui peuvent arriver pendant votre séjour.
