Bella struttura ma tenuta male. personale decisamente poco per le dimensioni del resort. La pulizia, in particolare delle stoviglie, decisamente scarsa. Punto di forza le simpaticissime ragazze dell'animazione.

hotel agréable très beau complexe! mais beaucoup de petits détails rendent le séjour décevant! le point négatif de cet hotel c'est le service, un jour y a pas assiettes, un autre jour y a pas de verre, les tables sont pas débarasséés, la machine a café est en panne,faut attendre 20 min pour un verre au bar de la piscine, et puis surtout il faudrait un bon rafraichissement dans cet hotel! séjour beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c est!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, money was stolen from my wardrobe. Nobody entered my room except for the cleaner, which raises serious concerns. When I reported the incident to hotel management, they were unhelpful and showed no real interest in investigating the matter. I had to go to the police and file a report myself. This lack of accountability and concern for guest security is unacceptable. There were no follow-ups, no support, and no responsibility taken. Guests should feel safe in their rooms and confident their belongings are secure. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a really lovely Holiday here Our bedroom was very spacious with large balcony room did need a little updating but over all very nice Pools were lovely with lots of sun loungers and direct access to the beautiful Beach .We found the food very nice with a great choice for every taste There were ques at the bars but this is to be expected as most people were all inclusive Drinks were good with decent measures Bar staff were friendly as were reception staff.Not Great entertainment at night But over all had a lovely holiday and would return again

Please be advised this is not a 4 star resort. 3 at best. Rooms are a 2.5 with our family having to move room within hours of being here due to the aircon leaking onto electrical switches. Once sorted all ok. Food is a 3.5 but you have to queue. Staff at bars and in restaurants are friendly, but staff at reception can be rude. Entertainment is ok, but resources are limited. Best part by far are the pool areas which are clean and several pool bars open by 11am for drinks. I’d rate the pools a 4.

Cuidado con elegir este hotel!!! Para nada es un 4 estrellas. Si tienes la mala suerte de que llegues al hotel, y ellos por su cuenta te intenten ubicar en un hotel contiguo que tienen, que se llama Nautilus, estás perdido. Yo después de perder mi primera tarde discutiendo en recepción, conseguí que me ubicaran en el hotel principal, que es el que yo había reservado. Es verdad que la piscina y el hall del hotel principal son bonitas, pero hay tantas cosas sucias y descuidadas, que no compensa. Los vasos suelen estar sucios, incluso en una ocasión me sirvieron un refresco en un vaso con una quemadura de cigarrillo. La comida, sin mucha variedad ni calidad. Según a qué horas comías, había tanta gente, que los camareros no daban abasto a cambiar los manteles, por lo que te tocaba comer con el mantel sucio. En la habitación , las toallas te las limitan y no las cambian todo lo frecuente que se necesitaría. En la piscina, imposible coger una hamaca, porque hay pocas y la gente ya coloca las toallas desde las 7 de la mañana. Limpieza muy, muy escasa. Definitivamente...este hotel deja mucho que desear.
