Me alojé en El Drago Park y para mí fue una experiencia muy positiva. Lo primero de todo destacaría a todo el personal del hotel, siempre sonrientes y muy atentos. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y la habitación muy limpia. Respecto a la comida hubo bastante variedad y todo estaba bueno. El equipo de animación fue increíble, muchas actividades para niños y adultos durante todo el dia y la noche. Todos ellos están muy preparados a nivel de idiomas y atención con los clientes. Aconsejando incluso acerca de la isla. Definitivamente volveré.

Sobre las limpieza de habitación es mala, directamente no limpian, colchones de muelles que te los incas en la espalda, almohada fina como el papel, la comida todos los días es la misma comida y poca variedad. Poca animación para los niños y adultos. Las instalaciones están bien en general, los camareros son top no dan más de sí, son amables y muy currantes, la ubicación del hotel es perfecto para visitar playas.

Very family friendly, lots to do throughout each day with the kids or just adults. Staff have been very welcoming. Big pool, clean rooms, fun evening entertainment. We've loved our time here and would come to Drago Park again.

Good holiday. Few basic things that’d make a big difference, more cutlery available, generally more staff, more sun loungers, inconsistent water temperature, rubbish/no air con. Minor things but there’s a lot of them that just get annoying after a while. Still good for the price over all.

Hotel is lovely, staff are supper friendly and the entertainment team are on top. So much to do during the day and evening with the activities and entertainment. Pool is very big and not to deep so perfect for my kids. We got very lucky with our room was very spacious and clean and right next to the park with a pool view also. Only bad thing is the lack of storage in the room and the lack of food options at dinner. But overall amazing hotel for the family. Would definitely return if we had the chance to.

Nice family stay. Hotel and rooms very clean. Pool and gardens well maintained. Food as for us, really tasty. Something for everyone. Not sure where the bad comments about the food coming from. Maybe not big variaety of it, but what You get its really nice. Fish, meat, salads, paellas, stews, fruits. Pool buffet has burgers, fries, hotdog, and fruits all day. Good choice of free cocktails, and if You want some '' fancy'' ones its 4€. We have arrived really late, and they left the buffet open for us, which is nice touch - wasnt a great choice but deff. filled our tummy. Why 4* than not 4. 5* or 5* then?Couple things. No fridge in the room, even little one would do, to put bottle of water or some pop. not enough sunbeds - sunbed rage every morning, there is deff. room for more. Hotel was full when we were there - sometimes had to wait for tables or running out of plates or cutlery - but wasnt a massive issue. Couple things that could be improved but overall very good hotel with friendly staff.

The entertainment team was really good and friendly, especially Linda and Elsa with my boys. lots going on around the pool for both kids and adults. Good entertainment on the night time. Staff all so friendly and helpful. There was a good variety for the food only downside is there was a lot of flies in the restaurant and on the food which was a bit off putting and you couldn’t sit in the restaurant with out flies landing on you and your food while eating. Is quite close to the local market on a Wednesday and Sunday which was lovely and the animal park was €14 in taxi.

The hotel is a good family hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily and nice. Pools are lovely and good kids pool for younger children. Food is very repetitive more so than some hotels. The biggest problem is the flies on the food. They are on the food on the serving tables as well as on your plates as you are eating. If this isn’t managed as it is in other hotels I would not recommend for that reason alone which is a shame as it is good in every other way. The entertainment staff are fab and activities are great the treasure hunt was so much fun and the kids loved it. They also love the mini disco and the quizzes are good. Karaoke is awful could swap to magician or dancers. Day at the animal park is recommended if you can buy your pass before you come to get multi visits is worth it so you can go more than once.
