Rental prices:
2 people - 85€/night (April, May, October, November) as well as 90€/night (December - March, June - September), each additional person will be billed 10€ on top.
Our bungalow is completely furnished and has everything that is needed for daily usage, whether that is vacation or a "workation".
The region is calm and the beach is reachable by foot within 10 minutes - alternatively you have a part-covered terrace with private pool available.
A 24/7 market is nearby. Other shopping opportunities are within walking distance, approx 10 minutes.
In the bungalow you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom and a cosy but open living room with kitchen.

A lovely house with pool
The property is in a terrace but the pool area is private and the area was quiet during our stay, access and parking were easy. The house is well equipped (large screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery etc) and we made use of the cooking facilities as we found Costa Calma lacking in good, reasonably priced, restaurants. Overall, we found the house clean and comfortable, especially the beds, though the shower could have been more thoroughly cleaned hence our score of 4 out of 5 on this aspect. We had enjoyable weeks stay and made good use of the heated pool (26 degrees), if we come to the island in the future we would consider staying again at this property.

Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben.Besitzer melden sich sehr schnell und kümmern sich um jede Gelegenheit.
Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter gehabt uns waren viel unterwegs

Propiedad en buenas condiciones. La piscina es acorde para niños y gente mayor ,además, es climatizada. La zona tiene todos los servicios necesarios cerca. Las playas son hermosas y accesibles. Recomiendo esta estancia.
