The hotel is located at a very good location. Close to the beach and has many food/ shopping places around. The Siam mall is a 15-20 minute walk. The rooms and hotel interiors are clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Loved the sea view room. The breakfast spread was very good!!

Large, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are "privileges", but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy.
There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange.

We went for 8nts. On arrival there was an insect crawling on the bed cover and one squashed on the wall. The skirting boards were chipped and the room was just not up to standard. I complained and we were moved to the prestige floor without the rest of the upgrade which is fine as we didnt pay for that. To be honest the room given was what we normally would expect. Food and drink is plentiful. They offer branded alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with a self service for many of the fizzy drinks, wines, beer and Cava. I liked how most the fizzy drinks were sugar free. Staff are helpful and friendly and the beach bar never really had a queue. Good choice at mealtimes, something for everyone. The teapot was a nice touch on a morning in the main restaurant. The day entertainment was great. Always something to do. Night entertainment wasn't all that and we went out several nights in the week but depends what u like. Always music on a night time. Right next to the local bars and eateries so not far to walk out. Left to Costa Adeje and right to Las Americas. We went out for sunloungers around 9am and always got one. The pool area is small with chipped tiles eveywhere which could do with changing. For the amount of people that book there it is a little crowded. Again that's preference but another pool with sunloungers would have been better in my opinion. The air conditioning wasn't as powerful as I would have liked. Not sure whether there even was air con in the communal areas such as the Lobby Bar as they always had the windows open and it was stifling hot. Overall an enjoyable stay and I would recommend to others.

Hemos estados en familia seis noches la estancia ha sido agradable pero el almuerzo ha sido muy repetitivo de comidas y iberostar siempre ha sobresalido por sus detalles pero a nosotros no han tenido el detalle de dejarnos una habitación de cortesía teniendo una bebé saliendo nuestro vuelo tarde hemos tenido que pagar para estar hasta las dos de la tarde DETALLES

The hotel was really great, we have been here several times before, and it does not disappoint. The staff were very helpful, especially with us who are pensioners with some mobility problems. Our room on the second floor with a sea view, was loverly. The porter on reception went the extra mile helping with our cases, as the walk to the coach pick up point was a long walk. (100 mtrs at least). The hotel is fabulous for young families with lovely activities for all ages. The evening entertainment was varied suiting all tastes. All in all a great hotel in an ideal spot.

Had a great time at the hotel. Food was good, pools were good, staff were good. Tiles around pool need repairing. Found a diamond ring in the safe so if anybody has lot it and stayed in room 326 it's been handed in to management.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room with a welcome drink . We had a lovely breakfast one of the best choices I have seen in a breakfast buffet . Good assistance for gluten free food also. We decided to upgrade to star prestige I cannot thank Javier the reception manager and his professional staff enough for all of their help and guidance during our stay . Star prestige was really worth the upgrade lots of space, comfy sunbeds, jacuzzi access and food and drink until 6.15 pm and rooms on the higher floors . Every member of staff went out of their way to help and be friendly such a lovely atmosphere here . The terrace available on floor 10a was beautiful and like a haven for adults . I cannot recommend this hotel enough the quality of the food, staff , drinks and location is perfect . Thank you Iberostar and thank you Javier who goes above and beyond for all guests

This hotel is kept very clean very and staff are all lovely. The food is generally nice and lots of healthy options which I liked the only down side to the all inclusive restaurant is there is no drink service at meal times which would of been handy especially with young kids to save all the back and forth going up and down to get stuff, The gym is good air conned really well however, this shouldn’t allow kids in the gym especially not supervised I seen kids in swim wear on the treadmill without shoes on this isn’t a playground for kids it puts people of using it. Overall a good stay but definitely would choose a quieter area next time as sleep Quality wasn’t good due to noise I would rate this hotel 8/10
