Sunset Harbour Club

Stayed at Sunset Harbour in apartment O14, not been since before covid and had such a wonderful time. Was there from 14th June to 27th June 2025. The resort is beautiful with excellent facilities and staff. Some of the apartments are being refurbished so we did have a small amount of disturbance from the builders, as the apartment next door to us was being ripped out, but it can't be helped and it was only during the day, so it was fine. Our apartment was refurbished and it was beautiful. They used to be very dark wood but now the decor is light and fresh with lots of storage (1 bed apt), very comfortable queen size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fans, well equipped modern kitchen and modern walk in shower / bathroom. Our balcony had sea views and was big enough for table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. There are lifts too so perfect for anyone with mobility issues. The swimming pools are lovely with plenty of sunbeds. They have a sunbed booking system for the earlybirds,(pool area opens at 9am) but after 11am you can just go down and sit on any sunbeds that are free without booking. There are restaurants within the complex and also around the outside of the complex and the beach is less than 5 minutes walk with ramps for prams etc. It's a fantastic beach too! I have been going to Tenerife most years for the last 39 years, and cockroaches are just part of the geography, no big deal, but for the first time ever, and I mean ever, we did not have any cockroaches in our apartment. Which was amazing considering the apartment next door was a building site. So all credit to the resort as this is unheard of. Had the most amazing relaxed holiday and will 100% be back in Oct! This is our 2nd visit to sunset harbour, for us it’s just perfect. The hotel is clean, everyone is so friendly. The pool cafe is fantastic we had breakfast there most mornings. Love that you can book your sunbeds as it stops all the 7am sunbed fights! All round this place is just amazing and we will most definitely be returning for a 3rd time next year! Thankyou so much to the staff who work so so hard to make this place fantastic. It really is our happy place.
