Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.

Would come back as we all had a lovely time. Hotel reception, restaurant and pool area really lovely. Restaurant food good (surf and turf was the best ever!) and staff really helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, comfy and practical. Kitchen well equipped. Bedroom had an old Spanish feel which I loved, beds comfortable enough. They had fans in the living area and bedroom but in the height of summer I missed aircon. In terms of location, it was better than I thought! Easy to get to the main stretch of restaurants as tou literally just walk down the hill keeping the sea in sight! We actually managed to walk up and down the hill each evening but up was a struggle so per other reviews taxis are recommended. Probably not the best place for anyone with mobility restrictions. No complaints at all.

El hotel está fantástico, pero la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal lo supera todo! Empezando por Toñi en el bar de la piscina: un encanto y una gran profesional, también Lino, muy simpático y las recepcionistas Kati y Sara muy muy amables.. Y por supuesto Santi, el chico del supermercado, muy simpático y amable. Nos hizo un dibujo muy bonito con nuestros nombres y nos encantó. La limpieza diaria del hotel fantástica. Tambien Maya a pesar de su juventud, en la terraza del restaurante, muy profesional y simpática. Todo en el hotel perfecto! Bien situado y con un gimnasio estupendo que ha solucionado la parte deportiva de mis hijos y mi marido! La piscina genial y los jardines y camas balinesas una delicia. Recomiendo este complejo de apartamentos 100%. El apartamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario y la terraza enorme y con mobiliario y sombrilla.

We stayed here for 10 nights, family of 5 with grown up kids, aged 22, 20 and 16. Lovely apartments, clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Pool area very clean. Restaurant is lovely and not too pricey. Highly recommend the BBQ on a Wednesday night, excellent value, need to book early. Staff very friendly, can't do enough to help, with the exception of 1 member of staff who works the pool bar. Only negative is the hill back from the beach area, very steep. Taxi only costs about €6/7 so we used to walk in (all downhill) and jump in a taxi back.

Ok, Wifi is crap, and telling you this beforehand doesn't get them off the hook. Just get it sorted. But the Regency is a fab place to holiday. Scots travelling through Newcastle, this was a bargain. Apartments spotless, well appointed. Serviced well. Santi in the mini market is a delightful gift from God. The evening shift male receptionist was surly, and he got our leaving date wrong so we had to renew our key access. But every other member of staff was superb. Friendly, efficient, couldn't do enough for us. The pool is superb, and wArm. The pool bar delivered just what was needed. Chess board, Spa, terraced spa, bar, meals, entertainment, lavanderia, this resort has it all. A walk down the hill, the walk back solved by a cheap 6 Euro cab for our party was a dream. We don't normally revisit, but we would here. We had a relaxing holiday, it was fab. Great place, great staff, great everything. Thank you so much you guys for all you do to make your guest's stay so happy. You deserve your success.

Limited service available in day. No lunches only sandwiches from attached shop. Up a steep hill which took 20 min to walk down onto coast front. Taxi back around 7 euros. We found it very hot with no air con. You had to pay 10 euro's per pool towel with a deposit of 20 euro's. The safe in the room was 15 euro's.

I could in all honesty not say one negative word, My Stay could not have been more perfect! The apartment and hotel were great, delicious food, nightly entertainment fantastic and the staff was absolutely amazing.
