Stayed for a week and the hotel was amazing! Food - even being pescatarian, there was a huge choice of food and delicious fresh food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Snack bar is a little limited, but rarely used as so full from other meals. Rooms - perfect, aircon was a life saver and everything we needed. Staff - every single staff member we interacted with were polite and couldn’t do enough for us. Cleaners came every day. Animation team were superb and we didn’t actually go out as much as usual as was so much entertainment. Big shout out to Alba whose joy was infectious (and he’s gorgeous haha!) Will 100% be back! The best holiday in a long time. Thank you ❤️

A great hotel spotlessly clean. Its best asset being its helpfull staff, all inclusive offer is excellent with branded drinks and cocktail promotions. Plenty of sunbeds although it pays to be sharp if a certain area is wanted. Small niggle about the main pool at 1.5mts deep all over if you are vertically challenged and not a swimmer. All in all a great hotel

We have just enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. Food was lovely, staff so happy and helpful. Clean hotel. Always something going on around the pool or on an evening. Nice comfortable beds. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend and will be returning

We booked this all-inclusive holiday with EasyJet, thinking that the hotel’s 4* rating would mean that we would have nice accommodation with lots to do for our 15 year old son. We arrived late at night and went straight to our room which was on the 4th floor. I was rather horrified to find that the room was extremely dated, and somewhat reminiscent to hotel rooms in Greece in the 80’s - 90’s! The laminate floor was worn and it looked like the panels were about to lift up. Furthermore, there was what appeared to be blood on the top sheet of my bed and it was evident that the air- conditioning did not work. I went straight back down to the reception to report these issues and I was told that they would try to find us a different room the following day. No one came to change the blooded sheet, and I personally had to deliver it to a very unhelpful receptionist the following morning. There was no apology. The following morning I received a phone call from reception saying that they had found us an alternative room which was on a higher floor. I thought I’d view this room prior to putting my family through the upheaval of relocating, and to my disappointment, I realised that this room was even worse than the one which we were already in! I did complain to EasyJet who relayed my annoyance to the hotel staff, but this clearly held no weight whatsoever and it became obvious to me that the receptionists at this hotel lacked any interest and resolve. What is more, they were uncooperative and miserable. A maintenance worker did turn up to look at the air conditioning unit. We were told that it was functionally normally and so I can deduct from that that the air-conditioning is just outdated and totally ineffective. For the remainder of the 2 week holiday I became accustomed to coming out of the shower, only to start sweating all over again. I am being generous when I say that I have stayed in better 3* rated rooms and this hotel’s 4* rating is massively inflated. There are positives to the Las Dalias, though. The pool area is big, and very well maintained. There were plenty of sun-loungers and the entertainment team was very good with the younger guests. They had different activities running throughout the day and evening, and they were all really friendly and hard working The pool area definitely gets overcrowded, though, and waiting for 10 minutes at the bar to get served was commonplace. We chose to use the ‘adults only’ area which offered slight respite from the pandemonium at the main pool. Unfortunately, the Las Dalias was blighted with rude and unruly people who saw nothing wrong with smashing glasses at the poolside and doing absolutely nothing to have the mess cleaned up. This seems to be the norm at all-inclusive hotels which accommodate British holidaymakers, and it’s the reason why we haven’t had this type of holiday for several years. Lesson learned. Food at the Las Dalias was good, with a large variety of food and each evening had an

Just returned from our first time in Tenerife. Great location for us, walking distance to Port, beach, pubs, supermarket and taxi rank across the road Booked a pool view standard room but were upgraded to sea view too and our room was at the end of the corridor so we had a panoramic view round to the town also. (Room 828) Room was refurbished and plenty big enough for 3 of us but I get really annoyed by lack of storage at hotels. Huge expanse of bare walls crying out for shelves and hooks. Bathroom large enough but again a huge space under the sink which needs shelves or a cupboard. Our Toiletry bags ended up on the floor which isn't ideal. Housekeeping every day and no issues. Rented a kettle for €10 which we got back but annoying we had to pay €30 for a safe when this should come as standard in all hotels. (Not many people don't need to store passports & currency) Food plentiful but our picky teen had pizza & chips most nights. Some nights were too 'samey' for me, such as fish night, asian night, meditarranean night, all serving similar things. Would have loved an Indian / Curry night! Or British / American night. One annoyance was that for breakfast the juice and coffee/tea stations were open, but then closed for lunch & dinner which I find odd? I don't drink much alcohol or fizzy stuff so I ended up going to the outdoor bar first and taking a drink into the restaurant with me. Our son caught a cold and didn't feel like eating out for a few nights but the staff had no issues with us taking a plate up to our room for him. Pool far too deep at 1.5mt. The smaller pool should be 1.2mt max and we saw many people struggling. I'm 5'4" and on tip toes the water reached my chin. Manageable for us but not comfortable. Most beds had towels on them by 7am but what we noticed from our balcony was that around 3.30ish people started to pack up. It was still hot and sunny at this time so we had pool days later in the day and went out in the mornings. Great, friendly staff, very helpful and all seemed happy. I found the hotel really lacking in signage. There were rooms we didn't even know about. We found the kids arcade (Level 1 next to toilets) on the last day purely by chance because the corridor lights were off and we could see the coloured lights flashing down the corridor. There is a chill room / library which isn't signposted. On entry to reception the shop is not obvious as it's set back and you wouldn't know it was there. Also limited hours so not sure how much custom it gets. On hot days we chilled in the indoor bar room with big screen. This is such an under utilised space. It's large and bright but nothing going on. The big screen sometimes had MTV/ Golf / Football on but the sound was too quiet, and other times it was just a blank screen. Not sure what the point of this room is? A few pool table in the corner which were out of order for a few days - these should be in a room of their own, or another 4 put in all along th

Just returned after a six night stay. Firstly transfer (I know this isn’t down to the hotel) was horrendous - but to make you aware the bus drop you at the bottom of the road and there’s a bit of an incline to negotiate with cases. Check in very good, hotel room was very basic - we paid for standard and I guess it’s what we got but the room definitely needed some upgrading. Pool nice with usual sunbed reservations! Food was Ok, dining room was pretty canteen like. Animation team very pleasant. Evening entertainment not great. Entertainment in lobby bar too but it was very noisy with people talking whilst the act was on so not great. Drinks just Ok. Had much nicer cocktails. Hotel pretty central. Safety deposit boxes €3 a night. Ice creams chargeable - we didn’t have one but one was out on our room 🙄 .. hotel took it off but beware no one needs to sign but just give a room number ! Pool towels refundable deposit. Don’t think we’d visit again but plenty do
