100% Hotel that’s on the decline. Very disappointed. Despite being peak time felt like half the hotel was closed (disco, upstairs bar area mainly). All inclusive- wasn’t any such thing! You want lunch at the nice restaurant and not buffet- nope not included. You want fresh juices- nope not included. You want a cocktail instead of the average beer and wine- good luck finding the only bar that serves them. You want any kind of drink at all at the kids pool before 12.30! No chance as the bar doesn’t open until then. Crazy when it’s 35 degrees and you have to walk to other side of the resort just to get water. Want to go to the pool before 10- you can but you can’t have towels as the towels hut isn’t open until then. Little things all added up to a poor experience. Service was poor in general. During the day no one serving at the pool and then in the evening getting the attention of a server was annoyingly difficult. Lastly WiFi was really poor most of the time. I’m shocked at the reviews being so high. Feels like the hotel is on the decline from what we saw. Overall very average place.

We certainly enjoy visiting Costa Adeje in Tenerife ,however this was our first time at the Jardines de Nivaria and we can’t praise it enough. There were eight of us in our party and it was difficult to find any negatives , we had chose the bed & breakfast option when booking the holiday With Jet 2, I have to say dining experience at breakfast was second to none , the restaurant was immaculately clean at all times and the choice of food was plentiful and most enjoyable. 10/10 for the restaurant staff. We relaxed at the pool occasionally and also enjoyed the service offered at the Bistro bar which was excellent value and offered a great choice of meals on the menu.

Dit hotel heeft alles wat je zoekt... een oase van rust maar langs het achterpootje onmiddellijk op de bruisende promenade. Je kan ook ontstressen in de heerlijke spa of energy kwijt in de gym. De kamers zijn ruim, netjes en hebben elk een mooi uitzicht. Heerlijke bedden waar je in wegsoest. Zachte handdoeken in de badkamers.'s Morgens heerlijk ontbijt in restaurant Solandra en gedurende de dag ontbreekt het niet aan zwembadservice of lekkere lunch in restant Cascade. Cocktails of mocktails ontbreken zeker niet in Tiffany's bar 's avonds . Het dinner kan je nemen in restaurant Solandra of een speciaal avondje mits reservatie in restaurant La Cúpula onder het prachtige sterrenhemel plafond. De service is in het hele hotel picobello...Het zwembad is zeker afkoelend tijdens het zonnen waar je de handdoeken steeds kan wisselen als ze nat zijn. De hygiëne is tiptop overal in het hotel de ganse dag door. Ons volgend verblijf in onze 'second home' is daarom zeker al terug geboekt ! Ik kijk al uit naar ontvangst door de "caballeros" van de receptie bij onze volgende aankomst.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommen und besonders kinderlieb- unser Kleiner hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist Hotels ist einfach perfekt: zentral und dennoch ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Die Anlage ist schön angelegt und war sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Wenn das nötige Kleingeld immer da wäre, würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen -und das sehr gerne! Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, gutes Frühstücksbuffet und eine tolle Lagen legen.

It is a really nice hotel . The old fashioned look about it but it is being refurbished as I write . Rooms/balcony are lovely , the outdoor heated pool is fabulous. All staff lovely except the older guy who stands by main entrance door as u enter hotel . Twice he stopped me and my wife when we were with our daughter and her partner and our 2 Yr old granddaughter when we were entering hotel and asked us if we were staying they. He actually stood in front of us to bar our entrance and then asked the question. He must have recognised us the 2nd time. He is a very miserable guy who tends to look down his nose at holiday makers especially if your English as other people told me he was like that with them as well .

Lovely hotel - this was our second visit. Very clean and the staff are very accommodating. Breakfast could be hotter and the bacon less tough. There were some loose tiles in the pool area which should be fixed. We were given a late check out since we were not flying until the evening and this gesture was very much appreciated. All in all a lovely place to stay.
