Great hotel and wonderful staff, it’s got the best sun-bed booking system I’ve ever used. The food was of a very high standard, rooms nice and well kept. Only slight criticism is there should be free water refill stations, as buying water ever-time you want a drink is not acceptable, especially in the gym

It was a beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean. However the reception staff could learn some customer service skills. A lady called Sofia dealt with myself twice and on both occasions was submissive to the point of rudeness. That was disappointing . The all inclusive drinks are very limited especially if you like wine no bottles offered at all and no aperol which is very surprising . The food is very average and underwhelming . I loved the hotel and the pool but aspects of service and entertainment were not as expected. Sad

This was our 3rd stay and was as amazing as our first 2. This is mainly down to the staff! EVERY single member of the team were amazing but the following went way above and beyond SAYKA (just lovely) MARIANNA and LISA (very cheerful) JAVIER (very very funny) DARIC (also very funny) SANTANA (very welcoming) BELAN and JOSE M (really lovely and kept Paul supplied with Margaritas :)) But CASANAS and ORIANA were just unbelievable!!!! Never felt so welcome and special as they made us feel Purely on the back of the staff we will be returning for our 4th visit as soon as possible Incredible hotel

Just back from 7 nights stay at this hotel, what else can I say apart from I could not fault one thing about this hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms are immaculate, unbelievably comfy beds. They run an app booking system for the sunbeds so there is no running out at silly o'clock to get a sunbed. Any sunbed free after 12oclock in the day you can take. The gym was perfect if you want a little workout when away. We stayed half board which was breakfast and dinner we ate every morning and evening in the food market restaurant. All I can say is 5 out of 5. Food is better than what you could think, because we stayed over 4 nights we also got a complimentary night off our choice to dine in the second restaurant. Could not be faulted either. Big shout out to one off the staff members who I asked every evening to take a picture of me and my other half and he always got the perfect photo with a different backdrop every night. Location off this hotel is very centeral to everything 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins from the local market and also 30/40mins to los americas and then onto los christionos. We can't wait to rebook and stay again!

I usually do not right bad reviews, but the customer service does not exist here. Felt rushed and unaccomodated, the staff did not care about us as a customer. As a matter of fact, we were told, we have other customer checking in now, you will need to go to a different area. Seriously?! Way to go! Definitely would not recommend.

Beautiful bright hotel. We had a very spacious corner room. Only downside was that it was a bit noisy from the roads outside during the early hours due to cars and motor bikes. Meals at the hotel were very good with plenty of choice and good quality. Entertainment was ok but could have been better. Been to this hotel many times and will be back.

What a beautiful hotel - shame about the security guard! Went in for a drink in the lobby bar just down the stairs, staff were lovely with the exception of one rude security guard who told me as I didn’t have a band, I wasn’t welcome! Probably just some training required - or an attitude adjustment. Maybe he was just having a bad day.
