ok, lets be very honest here, very few things to complain about on this hotel, but they must be mentioned to help improve, but start with positives. On arrival, we were warmly greeted and taken to reception for a smoothest check in, offered a glass of carver or water, i dont really drink cava, and asked for a beer (as all inclusive) but was told no i cant??? Cant check in till after 3pm, and we arrived at 1 so had to go for lunch and sit in 30degrees waiting to change into something more comfortable, luckily after nice lunch we went for a drink in lobby bar and met Jonathon....what a bloke. If you go here, make friends with him and he will always be very at tentative, getting you drinks and even finding you seats in the evening. Once we managed to get into our rooms, they are very spacious and have plenty of storage for all you clothes and shoes. One gripe, no vanity mirror above dressing table, you need to sit on floor outside toilet!! There are lifts that take you from the 7th floor to the pool side, the first is behind lobby bar and takes you to level 2, then walk out this and head for tower and then take another lift to level -1 pool side. As walking up and down is quite a struggle if you are not a fit person, luckily we were, but its nice walking down, not up. Poolside - we only struggled to get a sun bed on one day, as it was supper busy, but got one later as people do move on. Poolside staff are very friendly- speak nice to them and get to know them and they will appreciate this and be very friendly back, all 3 are amazing, especially the lady (Bea i think) .Not sure why All inclusive cant be that, as crisps and smoothies are NOT included?? come on guys!! The pool its self need some attention, rough artex finish on some walls etc and paint peeling of in pool which is not very nice. Also, why is it like a tepid bath??? dont tell me its 'because of the sun' i have worked int he leisure industry, and you can regulate the temperature very easily. Main restaurant, we had no arguments here, breakfast water for tea could be warmer, and some staff did make a real mess of your drinks order, but easily fixed if you remind them. Special mention to Angelica for greeting us with a smile. Oh, your mini bar in your room IS CHARGABLE....small price list on top of fridge, so be warned. Also, why give you token to exchange for pool towels, this system does NOT work, as every time you go back to change towels, lifeguard is never there and you can swop your towels yourself, as well as your tokens!! so whats the point. All in all, if they sort out some of my niggles above, this will def be a 5 star hotel, so guys, get this sorted and we will be back some day . Best cocktails are made in the main bar area, all very tasty, highly recommend any mojitos and daquiris? Mango was my fav. So, finally, go and enjoy, be friendly with every member of staff and you will get this back in bucket loads which will make your holiday.

Beautiful hotel, great vibe, stunning views. Food was very good beautifully presented and the who place was spotless. Our Master level suite with ocean views on an all-inclusive board was perfect as was the whole ‘level’ experience. The Hotel provides evening entertainment/activities which were fun. Stand out applause must go to all the Melia team they were amazing our thanks to all the individuals who looked after us and made this a truly 5 star experience. So good that we are now booked to go back in December for Christmas and my wife’s 70th Birthday.

Amazing stay at melia jardines del tiede, we stayed a weeks all inclusive with my partner,we loved the entertainment especially Raw Showband from Africa what a live band,an act that will do really well!! The service around the bar area was tremendous with Valentina and johnathans great customer service they are a real credit to your hotel plus ramon , we will definitely revisit your hotel,only small negative we had a meal at the Italian and waited 45 minutes on our desert to be told lady had forgot to press the desert order so we left,but this didn’t taint our experience here !!!

We've stayed here a few times, most recently late June 2025. We had a half board Level room with Pool access, so on the fifth floor, but actually at ground level if you enter via the main entrance. If you enter via the main pool side you're on level -1 (six floors away from reception). The one thing about this hotel is if you're not fully able to get about (even with a network of lifts) it's possibly not for you. And it's up a steep hill so be prepared. But don't let it put you off. The views over Adeje are stunning and the hotel itself outweighs any perceived downside. The staff are enormously helpful and there's a separate check-in, pool, lounge area and breakfast area for Level guests. The rooms are spacious and the food (buffet for breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant) is very good, and there are always plenty of choices. There are also a couple of other restaurants on site. We only had dinner a couple of times because there are many great restaurants in Adeje and neighbouring La Caleta which are also worth a visit, but we never missed breakfast. Try booking via Melia if you are considering it. You might be surprised on the price compared to a third party package/tour operator. My one negativity is we were offered €100 voucher if we got in touch with the Level Concierge. It was actually a sales pitch (I don't know what for as I never got that far), so we declined. Had the note been up front it may have been different. Other than that I can't fault the hotel.
