What an amazing first stay at this hotel , the staff are incredible , the hotel is stunning , as are the grounds . The staff here , are absolutely incredible. Literally nothing is too big or too small for them , so attentive and wonderful . I Would most certainly like to mention in particular three members of staff here that have gone nothing but above and beyond for us . Patrick, Toni and mar, you guys are an absolute credit to the team at this hotel, such wonderful people , the three of you . And the fact we are now part of the circle family makes us extremely happy . The way it was all explained to us with no pressure what so ever , was already a done deal for us . The perks and benefits of it are fantastic . We really do look forward to seeing you guys each and every year here . Made my partners birthday the most special occasion for her and for that, we couldn’t be any more grateful, Thankyou so much. See you next year xx

Visited for my birthday week, what an amazing place. The staff are absolutely amazing and will go out of their way. No request is to large including the 50 balloons my partner had them blow up. Whist here we was introduced to the circle. Mar, Toni and Patrick made the week one we will never forget. We are absolutely thrilled to be a part of the family. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for the most incredible stay.

We are currently here just now, we are booked through jet2holidays in a Junior suite on a All Inclusive basis. We are really enjoying the hotel which has a lovely chilled atmosphere. There is alot of premium drink brands included in the All inclusive...such as Absolute vodka, Tanqueray gin also the cocktails are well made too. The food is lovely with a good choice, I would say the breakfast is one of the best we have had. All the staff are Sooooo nice ! At the main pool you will never have a problem getting sunbeds. Will return for sure!

This hotel is NOT a 5* hotel. What we enjoyed: The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of breakfast choices. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. The pool is a large pool however lacked entertainment/music during the day. What we didn’t enjoy: The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you could hear everything in the rooms next door/ outside the room. We were in a room that was facing the main road and over looked the smaller pool. At night you could hear the cars from the road and the singers from the night entertainment and at 6am you could hear banging from the cleaners with there trolly which woke us up. We did ask for a double room however was given two single beds. During the day there was no entertainment. This hotel has been built on a hill with lots of steps so not ideal if you struggle with mobility. Overall, the stay was okay as we were only there for 4 nights however, we will not be returning. This hotel is not a 5* hotel, possibly 4* at a push.

Second time visiting this hotel and unfortunately will be the last. Location and views are stunning! However, the service level has dropped since the last visit. Staff levels seem to have reduced even though guest levels have increased. All staff were incredibly friendly and hard working, but appear to be completely swamped. This was apparent at breakfast and dinner times. It took a while to flag down any staff for drinks and they struggled to clear away the tables. Let people help themselves to drinks, would be much easier. The main pool area is also a nightmare! No policing of the towels situation, so finding beds became a real problem. Also, not the hotels fault at all, but some seriously rude guests being incredibly ignorant of this and personal space did not result in a relaxing time away! Food is also a major disappointment. Not much choice at lunch or dinner, and food barely able to stay hot on the hot plates. Not 5 star standard. Have to give a massive shout out though to the cleaning team. I was unfortunately room bound for over 24 hours due to sickness, but they were so kind to fully turn down my room and provide fresh bedding when I asked for this. Thank you!

Staff were excellent, facilities were great , location of hotel though making it difficult to walk the area due to steep roads.

The hotel is set in the side of a hill, srunning views and it has a small waterfall down the middle. There are alot of steps but there are lifts. I stayed in room 110, cracking view, large room but lacking in atmosphere, no pictures etc on wall. The rooms are spotless. Cleaned everyday and a small fridge which has basic drinks in. Bathrooms are spotless although no bath if that's important to you. Location. A good 20/25 min walk to the beach. There is a local shopping centre then another a little further away. Plase del duque has some nice shops. There is a bot of a hill so be prepared (ie wear your trainers not flip flops!!) Entertainment. Pretty much none. Around the pool you'll get 45 mins. There is no other music and it's very boring at times. I certainly don't want loud party music but it does lack atmosphere. At night the entertainment is VERY basic. You may get 1 singer then a different singer for 45 mins each. Due to the way the hotel is built there isn't a large enough area to have entertainment space. The lobby bar (main area) will seat about 80/100 people at a push but it's NPT 5* quality. Food. Now here's where it makes or breaks it for us. I'll eat anything and there was so so so much choice. You can have 4 different meat and 3 fish every meal. Steak 10 times a week etc so it's great. The wife is vegetarian and you'll get veggie sausages in the morning which is a nice change for Spanish hotels. The rest is very limited. You may get deep fried cauliflower or broccoli, cheese pizza and a veggie lasagne but that's it. If you ask the chef may do something but you'll wait. A LONG TIME! The main issue is the lack of signage. You'll have no idea what your eating alot of the time. There will be 6 dishes and 6 signs and at times you may have to guess. Is it veal or pork??? Who knows. The desert station is even worse, if your vegetarian or have allergies you'll struggle, there could be 10 options and 2 signs, you'll just guess ! That can be fun but it doesn't get annoying. ***PHOTO - have a guess if that's vegetarian or not ??? **** Drinks. €12 for a cocktail but we were all inclusive. There aren't that many to pick from compared to other 5*s but if you ask the staff will make what you like. Pool area. The dreaded towels on beds. Thankfully I was up early so a quick walk down at 8am and your fine. Staff aren't bothered sadly. Just about enough beds. Level. Dodnr pay for this. Really not sure why you'd pay for this. The level pool area is alright but not as nice as the pool on the ground floor. Checking in/out. All fine. Not very interesting to be honest. This hotel is not a 5* No jacuzzi, whirlpools, steam room, sauna. Lack of entertainment. Food and dining isn't 5* although very close. Entertainment is miles and miles off 5* Lack of drinks options at bar and pool bar especially. Lack of staff is also a major issue at meal times. Really Really lacking. Takes too long to take plates away and get drinks when you
