Hotel Baobab Suites

The accommodation impresses with its spacious, luxurious rooms, fantastic views, and excellent amenities. Guests appreciate the friendly, helpful staff and the impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast options are also highly praised.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. We’ve been visiting Tenerife for six years, and after previously staying at the Ritz, this has become our regular holiday home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. We upgraded on site to a pool room, which was well worth it. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. Special thanks to the reception team including Dina, Hugo, Gerardo, and the MMA trainer, who went above and beyond. They even remembered and arranged the blender I used last year for my shakes. The breakfast staff were equally brilliant. Yunna and her team made perfect omelettes every morning without us even asking, always with a smile and great care for our young child. A special mention to our cleaner Andrea (hope I got that right). The room was spotless, and she was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Only small suggestion would be to open the gym earlier on Saturdays. While it’s closed Sundays, there are other gyms nearby. That said, the newly revamped gym is fantastic, and the padel courts were a regular family activity. The hotel’s location is ideal, peaceful and away from the crowds. Can’t wait to return next year and see all the friendly faces again. Big thanks to all the staff. Even if I haven’t remembered every name, you all made our stay amazing!

We booked a room with a private pool the Rio suite and when we first walked in WOW it truly was gorgeous from the bedrooms through to our private pool and our view beyond... Dina & staff Before we arrived we I emailed the hotel with a request and they put me in to Dina and from our first conversation through to our holiday Dina couldn't do enough for us. She truly is amazing an a real credit to the Baobab suites hotel. She sorted our shopping out for us and had it in our suite for our arrival and sorted out all our excusions out for our holiday so when we arrived reception gave us all our excusion tickets for throughout our stay. Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast We had breakfast at the buffet each morning which had plenty of choice for myself my husband and 2 very picky children one 13 & 10 they both enjoyed the buffet breakfast especially the waffles pancakes with chocolate sauce. The fresh juice is like iv never stated before its made in front of you and made from real fruit I especially loved the fresh orange juice. They have anything from cereals to a dull cooked breakfast with English sausage and bacon through to pastries and donuts. You could even have caviar from Breakfast. We went to the BB lounge on two occasions and we really enjoyed the table service breakfast there with the choices of bread and pastries and our full cooked breakfast, again the girls in the BB longe were lovely and very attentive. Suites The suite was gorgeous and cleaned everyday with fresh towels changed daily and beds changed on request you just put the wooden plaque on the bed when you want it changed or your bed was changed every 2 days. The pool towels were changed upon request and you were given bottles of water daily. The pool man came every 2 days and cleaned the pool all the staff were very professional and friendly there was nothing that was to much trouble. Kidsclub My son has autism and learning dissabilities and went to the kids club each day the staff in the kids club were amazing with him they have a schedule outside to let you know what's on and when my son wanted to go in after breakfast but he also wanted to go back at 4pm for the wii Activity and I just mentioned to the staff that he wanted to cone in now but was wanting to come back this afternoon for the Wii activity and they said we will put it on now for him this was 11am which they did and even played the Wii with him. They were amazing he loved it so much he went in after breakfast each day. spa I had an Indian head massage in the spa and it was divine they tailor made it for me as i have psoriasis and they used oils that would help my condition and not irrate me. I loved every minute of it i was so relaxed and it truly felt like heaven. I would recommend the spa for any treatment as i will be making another visit on my return to the Baobab suites.
