Hotel Malibu Park

Nice place, comfy beds. They keep in touch, sending messages daily to see if they can assist. only downfall was our neighbours who lived on site. (She worked there also) has a little girl, the lady would be arguing with her partner/friend, and the little girl would be screaming. I approached the lady as It was very upsetting to hear this. She assured me all was OK and then was quiet for the next few nights. Other English people who were on holiday also had the same issues and reported this, and nothing is done to make sure the lady and little girl are OK.

A fantastic winter sun break. Second time to this complex, what’s it got going for it. Everything, well maintained gardens and property, pools are regularly checked for bacteria and adjusted accordingly. The artificial grass around the pools are treated weekly whilst brushed daily as is the paved areas around the pools, being washed down daily with antibacterial wash. You got it, hygiene is considered highly here, with the municipal toilets being spotless. Reception staff very helpful, there is a small cafe on the premises by reception open daily to 12 midnight for drinks, snacks and pizzas, with a WhatsApp QR code available for pre-ordering. All other staff are friendly whilst you are kept in touch with little helpful emails and WhatsApp messages offering additional services or seeking whether you require house keeping. The number of messages is, again in my opinion, sufficient to keep you in touch although not too many to feel you’re being harassed or stalked. Pool splash bar does not provide for food, dies have pool table and table tennis along with tv’s playing sports. In my opinion a little over priced although the quantity of the measures are more than you would serve yourself at home. Not always open daily although this may be due to the time of year, not sure what the Bobby More is during the summer with opening hours. The apartment we rented this time was privately owned, the decor and facilities, furniture and presentation was, in my opinion, comfortable, inspiring, adding to an enjoyable experience. Out and about, locally within five minutes walk are plenty of eateries, a must is the Deli fir breakfast and Lunch whilst we would always call at Many’s a bar eatery next door for a well deserved glass of red as a night cap. Why would this be well deserved, a walk into the harbour area of Adeje is the majority down hill, what goes down must come up, which is ideal to work off those extra calories you have just consumed fir Dinner. Would recommend Odissea for Dinner, the steaks are quality, whilst the Chicken and Beef Fajita is wonderful. The area and complex are ideal for either a family or couples. Enjoyed our second stay so much, we have booked for next year. To all at Malibu Park, thank you, keep up the good work

Apartments are well equipped, spacious and clean. The pool area is lovely. Location is good, although up a hill. I received a WhatsApp message every day to check everything was ok and they quickly sorted out a problem with the hairdryer. I would have given this more stars had it not been for the staff on reception. There was a lady on reception who I had seen taking people to their rooms to show them the way and make sure everything was ok. We were simply given the map and directions, in quite a frosty manner. I’m not sure why we were treated differently to other guests? She also charged me €20 for the safe for 5 days and then I heard another family being charged €10 for 4 nights. When I questioned this they simply said they were staying less time, so we were charged €10 extra for 1 night longer! The man on reception was also quite rude. Staff in pool bar however were lovely. It is good value for money. It’s a shame Reception staff are not more welcoming and friendly to all guests rather than a select few.

The stay was basic but it is OK, not alot to do for the kids but as I say it is a basic apartment complex, well worth the money though as it is really good value for the money. Ainhoa the lady on reception was very helpful and sorted a problem I had at the biggining so 5 stars to that lady, the pool area is really good but they could do with doing food there which would make life easier. Very clean holiday apartments. Staff super helpful and always available on Whatsapp. Great location, beach about 15 minute walk away. Rooms spacious and nice balcony. Beds comfy and pillows lovely! Heated pool nice and clean and we were lucky enough to have our apartment right next to it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location, walking distance to the beach 20 minutes. Close to shops and some restaurants. In apartment we found what was needed. Apartment looks fresh and clean. Stuff is friendly and helpfull. Free parking .Good price and value balance.
