From start to finish, this holiday has been exceptional. The whole experience is one we will remember for a very long time. We stayed on an AI basis and cannot recommend the food offering and drinks package enough. Every member of the team are a credit to the hotel and we can’t even name our favourites as they are all just brilliant. Today is our last day as I write this and we really hope to be back here very soon to make more fantastic memories. This is our 11th visit to Costa Adeje and by day the best experience we’ve ever had.

This hotel is incredible, the staff cannot do enough for you, you cannot fault the food, it's so good, every taste catered for, the rooms clean and comfortable, air conditioning that works, if you do nothing else come to this hotel at least once.

This is a fabulous hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean. This is certainly worthy of its 5star rating. The breakfast has to be one of the best we have had in any hotel. I have to mention one staff in particular….Vicky at the pool bar. She has made our holiday so enjoyable with her first class service. She is an amazing member of staff and certainly gives 100%. Thank you Vicky & staff for everything. We will certainly return to this hotel in the near future.

This was a great holiday. The service in this hotel is excellent. Particularly the restaurant and Butler staff. The senior management are also very available and solved all our queries. This is our sixth visit and we have already booked our next visit ( a very great number of the guests we met on our last visit have been like us many times before which is a testament to how good it is)

Great adults only hotel, fantastic facilities, great location with beautiful sea views. Although the 3 A La Carte restaurants were good it was probably the best buffet restaurant we have ever been to, great choice and great quality. This really is a fabulous hotel, but it is really topped off by all its amazing staff, each and every one of them is a credit to the hotel chain. We had an amazing holiday and we will definitely be going back!

Fantastic hotel with 5 star service from start to finish. Would like to thank 2 members of staff who went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect Francisco who was one of the butlers and also Nereida who was a waitress around the pool bar! Amazing service from them both. Loves it so much we are back in July

The staff in the grand Salome were amazing and did everything they could to make you welcome and comfortable. Special shout outs to Vicky, Mozzi and Joseline. Thanks and looking forward to coming back again for our fifth year in a row next year

Nous étions déjà venu il y a deux ans. Bonne table, hôtel raffiné mais surtout personnel très attentionné. Même si un peu cher je reviendrai sûrement pour un peu de soleil à Pâques ou l’été. Le climat est parfait quasi en toute saison et il y a toutes les commodités à l’hôtel quelque soit le temps
