Apartments are adequate for the price, with special attention to the requests I had made when booking.
Buffet breakfast is adequate for the price.
Apartment cleaning for 3 nights included.
Very friendly service from the staff.

This hotel is filthy full of drunken people smoking ******** and vomiting in the corridors Cheap it maybe however I guess you get what you pay for I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me l left two days into a five day stay

The venue was brilliant would definitely come back,the down of the holiday was the food but the reception staff was top notch especially myria and Cristi.We had the perfect apartment beside the pool couldn't of asked for a better apartment

Well... Firstly it was my mistake, I very quickly booked this holiday without looking at reviews, I tried to alter the hotel before we set off but was seeming more trouble than it was worth and at the end of the day I thought I'm a working class northern lad,not at all snobby and a beds a bed .... Well .. the location is impossible, it's at the top of a massive hill so it will cost you 5 euros every time you want to come home from the bars and restaurants... I can deal with that mind. The room was the issue, bathroom door didn't shut and was rotten, the bathroom was from the 70s with mould cracked tiles and a toilet that wasn't fixed to the floor,the bed was like a rock with 1 pillow, the fan didn't work, the TV doesn't work unless you pay 10 euros a day and the front sliding door to enter the apartment was close to falling off. The final straw was chasing Tenerifes largest cockroach round the room with a glass at 12.30am ..it was at that moment I knew I work hard all year I deserve better than this, after 1 night we got up,checked out and never looked back. Costa Adeje though fabulous place we will be back ! Just not to this particular hotel

If I’m honest we was worried about this hotel , but don’t believe everything you read we was greeted and staff very friendly quick check in and next morning we up graded to half board , food was fab all week hotel kept clean and beautiful view Yes it’s on a hill but we knew that yes a little dated but clean and tidy and that’s what’s important think WiFi in rooms would be fab for this hotel and we would definitely be booking to return We was a family of 7 oldest 50 youngest 8 We walked the hills most the time it’s actually not to bad if you take it slow if you been shopping a taxi is recommended We walked to Sian park and back too Don’t believe everything you read treat them with respect and respect is returned thank you Laguna park 2 for giving us a beautiful 5 days

Bed was a little hard only one pillow but apartment was clean and cleaners came in 3/4 times in the 7 days were there.Sun loungers were hard and can’t raise up but the pool is the best we have stayed at .Reception was nice but almost wary of approaching them.But did give us fresh towels when we asked.Dont mind it’s up and out of the way of the hustle and bustle.plenty of sun loungers and entertainment was ok we weren’t really bothered but saw plenty of families that seemed to enjoy themselves.Drinks were cheap at bar .Probably would stay again .The views are amazing had a nice big balcony and an airer to dry clothes .

Had a fantastic sleep at this hotel, perfect for a budget long weekend, only 5 e to front or beach. Excellent boat trip for whales and dolphins, could not fault out stay. Complex tired but clean and excellent pool. Staff friendly, we are self catering and did not eat in hotel. Bargain for our long weekend No complaints at all
