This hotel is filthy full of drunken people smoking ******** and vomiting in the corridors Cheap it maybe however I guess you get what you pay for I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me l left two days into a five day stay

It really isn’t that bad you really do get what you pay for we have been back twice now never even entered the food hall we just use our room and pool then enjoy our holiday it’s a lovely walk everywhere everything is around you and the cleaners come every two days no cleaning bits for you to use yourself but cleaners clean well and we bought cleaning bits ourself had the best time beautiful place Costa Adeje!!

Do not stay here unless you like the feel of prison! Me and my friend stayed here July 2025 for a week, a week that slowly became unbearable, in a hotel that felt like a prison. Not only is the hotel infested with cockroaches, it lacks basic amenities such as air conditioning (unless you are a staff member behind reception then A/C is provided), and regular cleaners. Upon arrival we were not told that the rooms were not air conditioned, though later found this out through sitting in what can only be described as a sauna. It was so hot in the room that we could not dry our hair, and so had to bring out our hairdryers onto the balcony. My friend and I were too hot and ended up having to hire an air conditioner (from Mr. Cool, which I recommend). The room eventually became bearable with this, however, make sure that you hire your A/C when there’s no receptionist as they will tell you that you cannot bring this into your room. The hotel does provide ceiling fans in each room, but without A/C it does nothing but circulate hot air. Fans are available to hire from reception for €40, however when we asked, we were told they had ‘ran out’, which was what led us to hire from Mr cool. Additionally, on the first day, we were greeted with several cockroaches. When asking reception about this, we were laughed at and got told to just kill them. Eventually, we had bought bug spray and we didn’t see them again so I’d recommend buying some. As a result of all of these issues, we had to ring Loveholidays (it was their fault we stayed here in the first place as they changed our hotel) at two in the morning to which they claimed that we were lying about these issues and we got told that there was nothing that they could do, including a refund or changing hotels. This was prior to hiring the air conditioning, and as a result of it being too hot in the room we were sat outside on the balcony for the majority of the evening, debating about whether or not to go home (this was our first night). Our room was not cleaned once, the cleaner(s) would dump a bin bag of towels and toilet paper outside of our door every two days. The only positive thing about this hotel was the pool, however, there is a hill you must get up and down to even get there. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, especially families with small children. It is not worth the cheap price.

from start to finish this hotel was just a nightmare, dirty bedrooms, cockroaches everywhere and the staff even the security are so rude, could wait to get out of there to be honest the food was awful, the only decent thing is the pool, 100% would never go back, they need to sort it out
