We are traveling with our 8 months old baby. They prepared the baby crib when we check in. We booked half-board meal included, bfast and dinner. The service at the restaurant was fantastic.

What a lovely place. Lovely well maintained, clean apartment. Located in the best area in South Tenerife. The staff are all so friendly. Thank you Mr Mendoza for everything and rebooking my holiday following a family bereavement. Will definitely return.

This hotel is perfect. The pool area is so nice and we spent a lot of time there. It is beautiful, main pool is really big, there are plenty of water toys, pool restaurant has good food and drinks and there is a life guard. The location is the best, less than 200m to the sea promenade and beach, but sound from promenade restaurants does not reach the hotel. Lots of shops beside hotel as well. Additionally, we had a big light room, kid's area is huge and super fun, minigolf, breakfast and dinner is superb, personnel is amazing.

Prima appartementen. Alleen wat harde bedden en te platte kussens, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Hele aardige medewerkers, vooral de wat oudere man met zilvergrijs haar bij het ontbijt. Tijdens douchen afwisselend koud en warm water. Goede locatie vlakbij de boulevard. Alles goed onderhouden en vooral ook schoon.

Apartment was perfect, location also.
Check in took quite a while.
Not their fault as quite alot turner up at the same time amd unfortunately we was on the end of it.

Fabulous hotel, lovely staff from check in to departure, Raphael was very helpful and informative . Very clean apartment with great shower, housekeeping absolutely spot on. Comfy beds with good quality linen and towels, good fridge with ice box in the room. Food is excellent, quality exceeded expectations and restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming, buffet always topped up and kept tidy. Pool is heated, plenty sunbeds , food and drinks at pool bar excellent and lovely staff. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to friends and family. Really well situated , easy to get everywhere including public transport. Small Supermarket across the road which is well stocked. One minor thing, would be nice to have the water tap on for dinner hence the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. Highly recommend for a relaxing, comfy getaway . Would definitely return!
