Hotel splendido, elegante e situato in una posizione bellissima. Camere spaziose, luminose e pulitissime. Ottimo il cibo con molta varietà e scelta. Personale educatissimo e disponibile. Belle le piscine, tenute bene e situate a ridosso della passeggiata che arriva fino al porto. Consigliatissimo!

struttura affacciata sul mare, appena si entra appare uno splendida vista sul giardino ed il lungo mare. Ci sono diverse piscine e poi con 4 passi si è subito su una spiaggia di sabbia nera che ha la fortuna di avere dei frangiflutti al largo che rendono il mare più calmo che in altre spiagge. La splendida passeggiata sul lungo mare porta a spiagge di sabbia bianca a sinistra mentre a destra c'è una spiaggia in cui è possibile praticare il surf. Il ristorante a buffet soddisfa ogni palato ed il pensonale simpatico e socievole

Ottima esperienza in questo hotel . Pulizia generale e delle camere ottima. Cibo buono e vario sia a colazione che a cena . Piacevole intrattenimento serale . Unico neo …2 su 4 ascensori non erano funzionanti con attese piuttosto lunghe . Molto gentile tutto il personale . Se dovessi tornare a Tenerife , alloggerei ancora in questo hotel .

Visited numerous times. Great location, clean, good food especially Krystal restaurant - make sure you book! Would be a 5* rating but they need to look at quiet zones both outdoor and rooms. Noisy neighbours, endless loud telephone conversations on the sun beds! Would expect free safe and daily water in room. Some staff perhaps not as joyous as usual. Cleaners were exceptional as usual though. We will be back.
