I would say there’s dust on the table and on the surface of cabinets. If you are sensitive to noise then you should prepare for ear plugs. Besides that everything is pretty good and deserves the price.

The Hotel was excellent in every way -and the only matter that caused us not to give the holiday 5 stars was an unfortunate incident in which we physically attacked and robbed when returning to the hotel one evening . This was not of course any fault of the Hotel -- in fact quite the reverse in that as a consequence the Hotel staff could not have been more caring , kind and helpful .Everything they could do for us they did and our particular thanks and appreciation go to Krista and Desiree -- but also to their colleagues in the Reception area and other parts of the Hotel - including the Pool Bar and Sunbeds staff. By way of examples -- we were robbed of credit cards and Euros so the Hotel paid for us to go to and return from the police Station - we were upgraded from Bed and Breakfast to Half board for three days to enable us to survive on the Sterling we had in our room safe , we were constantly looked after in many other ways and the Hotel even arranged in our last 30 minutes to have brought to us the mobile phone that was stolen but then turned up in another part of the Island. We just cannot speak too highly of how the Hotel reacted to our unfortunate incident -- they were brilliant !!

We had a fantastic stay at Iberostar Sábila in Tenerife. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a relaxing, adults-only atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay (especially Carmella) One feature we really appreciated was the sunbed booking system—so much more relaxing knowing you don’t have to rush out early to reserve a spot by the pool. Great location, excellent food, and an overall seamless experience. Would definitely return!
