Pueblo Torviscas Sunset Harbour Private Apartment

My daughter and I stayed in a top floor studio in N block. Perfect location by the mini market - well stocked & well priced. Clean, large apartment with comfy beds (extra pillows) and a private balcony area. Lovely, warm pool. Prebook your sunbeds two days in advance. It’s a good system once you get used to it. Food is excellent at pool bar and restaurants onsite. Lovely location by Fanabe and Pinta beaches.

We stayed here for a relaxing family holiday - and that's exactly what we got! Two adults and a 15 year old. We stayed in A15 - a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony that had a view out over the front/side of the complex - which was over Solis Bar and partial sea view. It was lovely - no noise annoyance from bars in the vicinity. The downside of this apartment was no A/C - however we hired a portable unit and additional fan from reception (€10 additional per night) with it being the height of summer - this was non-negotiable for us as the ceiling fans were not sufficient to cool the apartment down (this is the sole reason for the review being 4*) The sunbed situation is unique - the booking system takes a bit of getting used to/understanding but we had, at least 2 beds every day, most days we had 3 and a parasol. Pools were both lovely, entertainment was minimal (aquagym/pool olympics/kids club) Location of the complex is perfect - walking out the back or front of the hotel - in any direction you are met with an unbundance of bars/restaurants/shops. It's also worth mentioning that the on site shop/pool bar are very, very reasonable and serve great food. The fresh bakery items from the shop each morning were delicious!!! Also to mention, we stayed in the first floor, had 1 cockroach the entire stay (11days) and a few other tiny bugs - but nothing to stress out a 15 year old who is terrified of every bug going! We would not hesitate in booking to stay here again - but would ensure, if staying in the height of summer that the apartment we book has A/C rather than needing to hire a unit.

Had my doubts about this place, but have to say it was great. We stayed in I block in a studio apartment and it was very spacious with wonderful view of sea. We were on the front facing bars and no the noise did not effect us. We had no problem with pests if any kind. Our room had option of air conditioning but the ceiling fan was fine. There is a weird system of booking sun beds and yes it does stop bed wars but on the down side you have to queue at 11am each morning to book bed for next two days. We didn't arive until late at night so no sunbed the next day. The location is perfect i the middle of two resorts and Tanyos bar outside wonderful. Would I go back again. Yes .definitely.

Puebloe Torviscas - central location for the beach, shops etc. Lovely area. Stayed at app N15. A basic 1 bedroom apartment. Clean & tidy. The balcony looked over the main pool & restaurant. There was always a cool breeze. Lovely area to stay in. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. Central location for the beach/marina/shops. Only negative points - we went in July & the sun didn't reach the balcony until mid afternoon. Plus the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but I just put a couple of the blankets from the cupboard under the sheet. I would definitely stay here again .

EATEN ALIVE BY BED BUGS!!!!! I am covered in them!!! We have just come back and whilst we were there, I seen one in the bed and my husband convinced me it must have come off a towel he had on the balcony and put on the bed, although it looked exactly like a bed bug. I had read reviews before my stay of others experiencing this but we had booked the holiday and i put it to the back of my mind hoping this was just someone elses bad experience. However, I am covered head to toe (even my fingers and toes) in bed bug bites!

Location is excellent, minutes walk to anything you want in area, fab beaches restaurants etc, some apartments are dated, but they were clean, have beds, showers etc what more do you want on holidays?? No issue with crawlies as per other reviews, 8 of us stayed in 4 apartments i think 2 had 2 cockroaches over the week and they were on ground floor,so hardly anyone's fault, we actually seen more cockroaches in the bars on street!! onsite restaurants were fine, supermarket actually cheaper than the main ones! the only fault with this accommodation were the sunbeds, twice we had to go to beach and pay for beds as there was none left at pool, you have to book in advance for 2 days, then your not guaranteed an umbrella, we also seen loads of beds reserved before 10am with towels (that were booked) but then not used until after lunchtime so they are not looked after properly with people waiting on beds was quite frustrating!
