I enjoyed a lovely stay at Chatterley House - A stunning space to relax and reset along my journey. Jackie was a fabulous host, very friendly and accommodating. My room was exceptionally comfortable, cosy, and met all of my expectations and more. I can highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a homey place to check in to along their travels. Highly Recommended
After trying a number of different hotels I am now a regular at the Chatterley. Always a warm welcome and a comfy room. The gym is a real bonus and some breakfast items are available which is always handy. Clean and presentable rooms and a quiet location. Highly recommended.

Very nice
Lovely comfortable room. Bed was lovely, daily cleaning and fresh towels, nice bathroom with good shower. Parking can be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle and the tv could be a bit bigger but overall it suited my needs.

Highly recommended
A return visitor. Nice quiet location. Met by the host on arrival. The property has a gym. Rooms immaculately clean. Self service breakfast in the morning. Plenty of fast food restaurants within a mile. Safe and secure parking.

Over night stay .
Quite helpful and friendly
Left to to get on with things and settle in
Room was warm and clean but walls are very thin and you could hear every thing inthe buiding
Bed was very uncomfortable and hard and lumpy mattress also really hard pillows not pleasant .we were woken at 4 am by what sounded like furniture being dragged above us also someone laughing out lound . Its make your ownbreakfast but i did already know this and it wasnt a problem.

Not so hot
We arrived about 8pm. Room was cold as the central heating wasn't on.There was a small electric radiator which took ages to warm the room up. The mattress was old and uncomfortable as you could feel all the springs. Breakfast was ok but it was annoying that the cleaner came into the breakfast kitchen, washing up in the sink and putting on a noisy washing machine whilst we were eating.

Good one night stop over
An overnight stay when in the area. A warm welcome on arrival. The property itself is immaculate. I booked a junior room with a double bed. I was however surprised at how small the room was.The bed butted up to the wall at top and side with barely any room to walk around. The en-suite shower room was also very small. Absolutely fine for a one night stop over. The breakfast was self serve which was fine. Parking is limited on site. Overall a good budget stop over certainly better than a Travelodge with a certain quaint charm. Ciose enough to various fast food outlets for an evening meal and apparently a good pub restaurant in the local village.
